Pharmacist questioned my reasoning on paying for an emergency fill of medication that I must take daily to live. She told me it’s the same price for 3 pills or 30. I said I only need 3 because I have a full fill of the medication at my home pharmacy in another state. They said the price is the same with the discount card which sounds inaccurate and they refused to ring up a drink with the medicine I bought. Overall an unpleasant experience.
Would gladly not return to this pharmacy.

This is based on my husbands experience with the pharmacy. 1. Saw him walking up to pick up script and said- oh we are closing for lunch- well you’re not closed yet- but we are working on closing so come back in an hour. 2. Coded a scripted wrong and then said- oh it’s not covered by insurance- he called insurance and Doctor and found out the CVS put in in wrong- then when they went to order it again it’s OOS. He will be switching to Publix!

Horrible phone service at this CVS Pharmacy in Milton Hwy9 waited 25+ minutes for someone to finally answer the phone and because I didn't answer in a few seconds they hung up ?. Called a second time and waited 11+ minutes. The app doesn't have the option to order what I want. My previous CVS location in Windward I had for 10yrs store closed ? and they were amazing. I see why this location has a bad rating.

This is my CVS normal pharmacy although I have gone to other locations. I came in today to buy a blood pressure cuff/machine. The one I had that I bought from CVS broke, and I had it in my hand when I walked in. As I was looking through new blood pressure machines, I overheard a man asking several patrons how he could help. I thought it was nice. He came by me and I said yes I could use some help as well. Turned out to be the manager of the store. I didn't realize that some of the CVS brands have warranties on them. I ended up getting a free replacement because this wonderful manager helped me. All I needed was his advice on which one to purchase. What a nice surprise. I never got the managers name but I hope this review finds its way to him and his staff. The store is always clean. Other than pharmacy stuff, they have a photo lab that I've used in the past as well. Everyone seems very friendly. I do hope you'll come visit the store and make it yours. I really appreciated the customer service that I received.

I’m shocked there are so many negative reviews about this cvs. I’ve been picking up my prescriptions here for several years and haven’t experienced any customer services issues. The drive thru has long lines sometimes, but you can just walk inside during those times.

This CVS provides the worse pharmacy experience. The amount of times there is a delay in refilling my prescription because they don’t have the meds is crazy. And don’t even bother trying to call. I’ve currently been on hold for 15 mins waiting to ask the status of yet another prescription that is delayed. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this pharmacy location.

Staff is constantly rude and extremely short with customers. Today I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes while they "tried to locate" my prescription. Someone finally comes back to the speaker to tell me they lost it and they have to refill it which took another 10 minutes....this has got to be the most disorganized CVS I've ever been to
