Rude person working; she said her name is Cindy. Not helpful, doesn't care if you're having issues using a coupon that was emailed to you. She will try to embarrass you in front of other customers and tell you to call customer service. Apparently there is NO customer service in the store regarding the treatment of customers. Terrible shopping experience.

There are so many brands, flavors, and choices. Love Bath and Body works for 1) uplifting the mood (you know what I mean ?) 2) presenting your brand perfume 3) creating an aroma filled aura around you.
Each selection has a small sample with a "Try Me" sticker, allowing you to test before you take the plunge. Billing is quick. Staff are friendly and welcoming with a smile.
Lots of Parking. Happy bathing.

My husband and I were in the store today for about 30 minutes walking around separately browsing the store. Within the first 5 minutes all three women working in the store spoke to and offered to help him…which they repeated more than once while we were there. In the entire 30 minutes not one of them spoke to me or asked if I needed help. I will never step foot back into this location again! This is a very nice place to shop for all you body essentials. The prices here are reasonable and the staff are welcoming and pleasant.

The store was organized and cleaned, but the customer service was horrible. I should have not made a purchase but decided to anyway. It was about 5 associates on the sales floor only 3 customers including myself. It appeared some of the associates were huddled having a meeting. I was not greeted when I entered, and no one approached to see if I needed help or even a basket for my candles that I was holding. When I was exiting the store it was an associate standing in their drive aisle processing shipment, but did not step to the side so I could get by her. It was very rude and unprofessional of her to act if that what she was doing was more important than me the "Customer" The leaders of this store really need to step in and Train their people!!! 10/21

I am a fan of bath and body works, have more than 20 in my collection. Every year I buy bunch of items for gifting too.I love the collection of this store, lot more options than other B&BW in surrounding areas and very organized. Associates are nice too.

So tired of their small disclaimers that are on the back side bottom of their coupons. You go in there with your coupon ( that they rarely do anymore) expecting to use it but "no" now that have all this fine print. The quality of their products have gone down. I use to look so forward to shopping there during Christmas and Halloween most. It's time for a change.
