I am very disappointed in how my daughter was treated by your dealership. She brought her car in because it wasn't starting and it was having some other issues. She was told they would have to charge $170 for a diagnostic fee and she agreed. After keeping the vehicle for numerous days, which alone is just ridiculous, she was told there is nothing wrong with it. She was not given any suggestions or idea of what may be causing the issues, she was just dismissed and made to feel stupid about brining it in the first place. Shame on you Hyundai of Milledgeville, you are a dealership in a college town, you should treat our students better. She is trying to keep her vehicle running and now she doesn't know what to do or where to turn. She is also stuck with the $170 charge that resulted in no answers. In addition, they even tried to fix some damage that she did not request to be fixed, what were you going to do, put on a new bumper and surprise her with the charge when she picked it up?!? If my daughter had let me know she was taking her vehicle to the dealership for service I would have found her a local good o'l boy instead, because I knew her experience at a dealership would be a disappointment and you guys nailed it!
