Went to get a phone. False advertisement if you ask me.... Because if the the TV say one thing And you get to the store and your price jumped up $75 ... OMG ? Say less

I usually get good service here, but the last time I went, the rep made me feel stupid and instead of fixing my problem tried to get me to buy a new plan .

Scott is the man at this Verizon store. I had a problem and he jumped right on it and had me back going in under 5 minutes. Best experience I’ve had in that store in along time. He is definitely a valuable employee. Keep up the great work Scott.
