I have been sending over 3 packages to an address in Milledgeville, GA. 31061. I paid extra money for signature confirmation from the customer upon delivery, the mail carriers are not taking the package to hand it directly to the reciver and collect a signature. I paid extra money of $3.70! He/she, just leaves the package inside the mailbox of the customer. My customer is at home every time This is the 3rd time. What really bothers me, the mailcarrier logs it in the system that the package was handed to the reciver!!! This FRAUD!! Someone at this post office is NOT doing their job. I have no choice but to write to the postmaster and report this issue! I called the post office at Milledgeville, GA. 31061 Three times and no one is answering!
It is so disapointing that some people don't take pride in thier work!

Received notification that my Amazon package been delivered at 12:12 to my mailbox on Sunday. But the Package been delivered to a total different address, with only the mailbox number matching. This is the second time this has happened.

I rarely ever leave reviews for places but my blood is boiling after the experience I had here today. I’m a female in college and I’m still learning new things that come with being an adult. For the past week I have been running around trying to find my W-2 that my past employer sent to a past residence of mine. I was informed by my mother that whenever I move I need to change my address with the postal service so that’s exactly what I went up there today to do. Going in knowing nothing about what I’m supposed to do in hope of having friendly service to guide me through this process I was given nothing but attitude from a man working there with the name of Ricardo. He was very snarky with me from the beginning when I was asking about the process of things and rudely cutting me off as I was giving him my information or asking any kind of questions. Also may I add I was the only customer in there being assisted so he had no reason to rush with me the way he did. I saw a review from here about one of the employees 7 months ago yelling at customers and he was still working when I went in today. That’s just goes to show how Milledgevilles postal service management handles things. This place is in dire need of an employee reevaluation!

My notary and I walked into this location at 11:55am needing a certified mail receipt. There were three other customers standing in line as I finished up my notary at 12:02pm. The guy in this picture YELLED, "YALL GOTTA GET OUT AND IF NOT THEN I KNOW SOMETHING" over and over again. I told him again, I didn't need any further assistance and he still had customers so I was finishing up and leaving right now... He cut me off only to keep yelling the same thing!Threatening your customers should never be a thing! This man should be fired! I was personally very offended and found him very offensive and threatening. Glad I had male protection.Even in the photo he's yelling, smh

I couldn't find the hours or get help on how to move an important package containing my medicine. Tracking number says it was at the post office at 7am yesterday. I'm sick and do not no when I'll receive my medicine

If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. On multiple occasions they have left packages and pieces of mail propped against a tree in the yard. You can clearly see the house and the front porch steps from the location of the tree, yet, they are too lazy to walk up and drop it off on the porch. The incompetence and laziness of the people who work here is astonishing. If you can, use any other mail service.

Scheduled redelivery because apparently they couldn’t leave the pack because my dog was outside.. yet we were home.. and had they beeped we would have come out to them.. scheduled to have redelivered 2 days later.. still waiting on it.. and tracking states they haven’t sent it back out today either.. and they let the office phone ring through to disconnect..
