I received a gift card for Christmas. I didn’t actually schedule until February. At that time, I was told the earliest Saturday appt they had available was in June. I understood, people are busy, I know I am. Needing a Saturday appointment due tomorrow working out town Mon- Fri with an hour commute each way. Appointment week arrives, I’m impatiently excited having never had a massage before. I received a call - apparently the therapist they scheduled me with was no longer there and I’d have to reschedule….surprise, surprise another Saturday appt would be months away. So they put me on a cancel list. I had another appt set towards the end of June. I ended up needing to be at a manager meeting in Bonaire the same Saturday, however I would have ample time to get there. During my meeting, I had a missed call. She left a voicemail wondering where I was. I called them back, I was given the wrong time. I’m so frustrated with the whole process at this point , I asked if I could just turn in the gift certificate, just forget it. The lady didn’t want me to do that. So I finally just said tell me what works for y’all and I’ll just make sure I have the day off. I was told today, July 10th at 2:00 pm. I walk in at 1:50, tell them I have an appointment. She asks if I’m so and so. I say no and tell her my name. She looks for a few minutes and says oh that’s next week the 17th!!! All I said was, you’re kidding me…although I’m sure the anger & frustration were showing. I did get an I’m sorry. As I was walking out the door I said I’m OVER it. I ripped the gift certificate in pieces. There is no way that I’ve had the time/date wrong two different times.I’m so angry that I took off from work for NOTHING.
They MAY have the best massages in the world. But I will NEVER know. At this point , you couldn’t PAY me to ever walk in there again or recommend them to anyone.

We are in town from Virginia visiting my brother for the weekend, the day before we left home I bulled my back picking up a transmission. Saturday morning I had a thought to check for a deep tissue massage therapist and found Serenity Wellness Spa. I read the reviews and was happy with what has been said about this facility. I called at 9am and got an appointment for 3pm and I don't remember the lady's name that did the massage but she was professional and very good at deep tissue! I highly recommend Serenity Wellness Spa!

The infrared sauna was powerful and I feel rejuvenated. Loved the overall aesthetic inside the room as well. 10/10 would come again if I’m in the area!!

I am an disabled veteran who deals with constant pain in my legs and back. Serenity is great due to their dedication to each person being treated for physical therapy. The core workouts are challenging, and they also include massage therapy

I booked an appointment 2 weeks out for the “head over heels” head to toe acupressure massage. After reading the description multiple times and doing research about what type of massage this is I switched it over for my mother to attend who has arthritis since she was in need of a massage more than me. When my mother arrived today she was told by the receptionist that it is just a pressure point massage and that she explained the entire massage process to me yesterday when I called “asking questions”. When in fact I was called yesterday only to confirm the appointment. I never asked one question regarding the massage process since I had done my own research, I assumed the description matched the procedure. I was planning on setting biweekly appointments for me and my mother. But the fact that this woman blatantly lied to my mother to place the blame on me and avoid an uncomfortable situation I will be taking our business elsewhere.

My facial was terrific. Tiffany (a real dermatologist) was able to rid my face of some milia I've had for ages. My massage was also really good. The only complaint I have is that my massage therapist talked the whole time. I was too shy to ask her to be quiet. Again, the massage was great!

I had PT for my lower back and knees. Strengthened my core muscles on Pilates reformer has helped. Massages and inferential/ heat has made my pain almost disappear. Infrared sauna heated my bones. I could move w/o a limp when I came out. Professional team of experts have helped me manage pain, too! Highly recommended!??♥️
