First time boarding with Off The Leash. Very smooth process. Felt at ease and that my pup was in great hands with Tim. We will definitely use them again.

I would give them 0 stars but that wasn't an option. They lie! They won't let you inside to see the facility. They meet you at the door. A former employer sent me pictures of what my dog stayed in ALL DAY...A CRATE that they never took him out of. Filthy!

This place is TERRIBLE! RUN...DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They rip off college kids who genuinely just want someone to love and train their dogs. A former employee sent these pictures and was asked to sign a form saying she wouldn't tell folks about the inside of this place. The humane society should be contacted!!! It is NASTY!!!

Been talking my dogs there for over 4 years now and they love it. Tim is awesome and my dogs especially max loves him. I would definitely recommend!!!

The owner is educated and kind and seems to have hands-on involvement in all operations. I know that he responsibly vets his own pets and others in his care if the need or concern has ever risen. Intelligent, respectful, and responsive leadership. I also had an employee use the training service and was very happy.

Waist of my time and money. Paid for Tim to work with my dog for 3 weeks daily full time on obedience and all I got was excuses about him not having the time or the collar needed to accomplish the training we agreed upon when we went to pick him up at the very end. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

We are two weeks in to puppy school and couldn’t be more satisfied. We are thrilled to have found Tim to work with our English Lab puppy. Tim truly has a passion working with dogs. Georgia responds well to Tim and is picking up on her new commands quickly. Georgia is able to have fun in daycare playing with other dogs and learn at the same time. I highly recommend Tim’s service both training and daycare!

Tim is fantastic and we are so excited we found him. He's so good with our 4 year old golden retriever and has completely turned his behavior around through his 6 week training course. We continue to bring him to Tim 2-3 times per week for day care because we can tell when we don't because our pup starts acting out again. Tim offers an amazing value for an amazing price. We are so grateful to him and he is now part of our extended family. Thank you Tim for everything you do for us!

I was leery to leave my dog in a cluttered, dirty space, but he wanted to PLAY! And play he did. He definitely enjoyed his experience here, but he smelled like the nastiest kennel in existence when I picked him up. And my dog was left with what appeared to be a maybe... 11 year old. No adults were there when I picked up my dog. He was playing in this small room with only a kid present with ear buds in staring at a computer screen. Unprofessional. Very dirty environment. Great play time though. Would not recommend. I don’t know who left all the great reviews... friends or family of the owner maybe?
