I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this store. I own several homes in different cities but never had problems at other locations. I purchased several blinds on special order after having two employees look for eight blinds that were showing in stock but no one could find. When purchasing, when I complained about this one girl in customer service told me to shut up and that having incorrect inventory was a standard item. Two blinds were special ordered at 80 bucks and are on my receipt. I was told that the store would call by Thursday, but I should also call if I did not hear from them. Well, we did not hear from them and when we called, we found out they were never ordered (don't forget, I paid for them) and spending several hours being transferred back and forth between customer service and the blinds department. I asked if they could be shipped to our address and was told that would be an additional $79 charge. Now, what's worst, is we just found the same blinds online, with free shipping so we ordered them. But I still have to return to the store to get the original ones refunded, as I cannot get anyone to physically speak to. I'm very dissatisfied with this Lowe's service and I've been a Lowe's customer for 30 plus years.

This store is a NIGHTMARE. We purchased a $1600 washer and dryer set. Not only did they deliver the wrong set, but now we can't get ANYONE on the phone to discuss it!!! When we go get someone, they place us on hold and never get back to us. The one person we did talk to basically said he "had no idea" what happened. Guess we have to go in the store and cause a scene now!!!

Well, for someone who's renting, I've sure been here a lot in the 21 months that I've lived in Mville. LoL Even though the Duplex owners have pest control (outside is monthly; inside is quarterly), due to the rains, I don't think this (especially inside) is adequate (seeing earwigs, spiders and a couple of roaches confirms it). So, I went ahead and bought some Indoor pest control products. And, because there's been a Ground Hornet flitting around the bushes in the flower box, I also bought a spray can of Wasp & Hornet killer. Finally, I picked up a 3-pack Cord Minder (in lieu of making one, which would cost a lot more).

Purchased a zero turn mower. Mark, the manager, informed me I could use price match and the 10% military discount. When I got there to purchase it, he informed me they changed policies that day and could only use one, well the 10% off took off more but since he already price matched they wouldn't reverse it. Still saved some money. The lawn mower I wanted was a Ariens 52" with a 23hp Kawasaki motor in store with 0 hrs. The guy in the department went with me to ring it up and said he would load up one outside for me, come to find out he loaded up a returned one with 25 hrs already on the mower. Blades were chipped and had quite a few scratches and was already due for a service. I called the store 3 times over a week and a half and got lied to 3 times. Corporate even notified them to reach out to me with no returned calls. Returned the mower and will no longer shop at thisLowes, as I would pay more for better service or make the drive to another. I have never been treated this bad just to get what I paid for in the first place, a new lawn mower. Jennifer is a non existant store manager as well and no help!

On March 19, 2021 visited Lowes in Milledgeville Georgia, to discuss purchase and installation of an exterior and a screen door. Was told that the installer would contact us within two business day. The installer appeared within the two day window and took measurements and advised us to call Lowes, to get the final estimate. The documentation instructed us to await their call. After 5 days we called. The first for times asking for millworks. Each time the phone rang until it was disconnected. The fifth time I called and asked for customer service, explained the situation, and the transferred the call to millworks, but after a ten minute wait, I disconnected the call. Will drive there tomorrow, and resolve this in person. Afterwards, will not shop at Lowes. They are the lowest!

Very bad customer service. We ordered a refrigerator never received it and they didn't bother to call and tell us that they were out of stock.

Lowe's is always my first choice when shopping for home improvement items. The employees are friendly and helpful. There inventory and selection is great. My favorite department is appliances. Ms Patsy is an exception when it comes to customer service. When we recently remodeled our home she went beyond normal measures to meet our needs from purchase to installation. This kind of service is rare in today's business environment.
