Wish I could leave ZERO stars. How this place manages to stay open is beyond me. I went in with a specific design from a picture and the lady in the desk towards the back (older lady) said “yeah yeah no problem sweetie I do for you” she RIPPED my old nails off (which shouldn’t be done according to GA state board of cosmetology), drilled & cut into my cuticle not once but twice and I bled & had to wiped off, and shaped the ugliest set of acrylics I’ve ever had…. Left all kind of debris under my nails as well. The owners sat there while I went back and forth with this woman and didn’t say one word, no apology, NOTHING! The guy Vinson or whatever he said his name was came over bc he could tell there was an issue, tried to fix it, and made the mistake of telling me to “try relax & calm down” and offered $5 off. Ask me did I accept that…. NO. I am so tired of all these nail salons in this town with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, charging asinine prices for bare minimum work. The fact that during the almost 2.5 hours I was there they served maybe 2 other customers is very telling & I see why! This was my first time in this place in many many years….i know Mike used to own and run this location and he was wonderful. I SUGGEST IF YOU WANT A DECENT SET OF NAILS AND CUTICLES THAT ARENT BLEEDING TO GO ELSEWHERE!!
Requested style: I requested a pale yellow French tip with cherries as a design on 2 nails. My nails are now triangle shaped and look ridiculous.

Not very good, the lady seemed kind of rushed, which made the nails wonky and looked incomplete… the color was fading and not really like the inspo. I asked for red white and blue French tips and it’s honestly ok but not that good. They also chipped really early, it’s been a day and a couple nails chipped. Overall I don’t really recommend but it’s ok.

I would always drive to Covington to get my nails done but recently started going to La Nails. I really like Helen. she’s fast and very creative.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Waited in the chair with no water for 39 mins at least there was the massage chair She left the sides of 2 of my toes unpainted and it didn’t get any lotion or a foot and leg massage

Fill in, & pedicure
Stylist: The gentleman sitting n the middle w glasses..he’s very gud, fast & efficient. He did my fill in tht was awful from last visit done by the older lady 2 seats down from him, I think s his wife, she s too rough, doesn’t smooth or file down gud, leaves polish on cuticles of nails, makes nails thick, doesn’t polish entire nail & whn customer points out errors to her or what needs correcting she never listens and always has an excuse..she will definitely cause yur business to lose customers if its not corrected.

Everytime I come in here its a problem ? and it's one person always has an attitude. I only asked her could she shape my nails and she gone get mad ? ? I'm spending my money. Just fix it or I won't pay for anything

Cleanliness: And they do and awesome just their clean they just need a lil more since of humor ? and more people skills cause I will take my services somewhere else not that they even care but it's more convenient for me here that why I come here
