Very disappointed with spiderman cupcake number 3 I ordered for my son. Looks rushed and sloopy. My son was excited since it was spiderman and there was nothing else I could do but take it so I wouldn't spoil his excitement to have it with his friends at school.The details nd presentation matter, I had another order for his actual party over the weekend which I canceled.

Kroger...shame on you for outsourcing customer service to a foreign country!My online order had numerous mistakes, wrong prices, missing items, change of time. Normally, Millidgeville does an outstanding job. Must be a new person.My complaint is with the customer service I was provided to straighten out mistakes.Online customer number I was given, was busy for two days straight.I googled another number. Representative was from out of country.Had limited ability solve the problems. Had to submit a report that will take up to ten days to investigate. Seriously?! I was offered a $20 store credit. $20 didn't cover half of what I charged by mistake!! Probably the last time I use online ordering. Walmart does a better job! Prefer Kroger to Walmart, but...hard for me to shop in person.

It would be nice to let customers know you are closing early. You know, post a sign ahead of time, not have some idiot rudely just sit out front and tell customers as they walk up. Also, clean or rearrange or whatever when the store when it's closed. What a concept.

The employee working the Deli today (Ashley) deserves a praise AND raise. I have been to so many sandwich shops and I've never had one so beautifully made. Even the fresh veggies and condiments I asked for on the side were neatly sliced and packaged. The customer service here is immaculate!

A huge shout out for the employees in Kroger. I left my wallet on a biggie late at night. In the morning one of the cart persons who collected the carts turned the wallet into customer service. Everything in my wallet was there, including all cash. Thank you to the honest and good people here!

Saturday at 9 am - just counted 17 carts waiting and 1 cashier. Self check-outs had 13 carts in line - total disaster. Tons of employees pulling drive up orders which are great when you need a few items - not if you are planning a meal for guest (since they are overly enthusiastic about substituting

Kroger is an amazing company and I prefer to shop at Kroger in milledgeville Georgia than anywhere else in milledgeville or surrounding areas

My wife and I just returned from the Milledgeville store. We have been back in Milledgeville for 3 and a half years. We have watched the deterioration of this store. Noting now we have to check out our own groceries, using totally useless self check out machines. It took us 1/2 hour to check 2 bags of groceries. They had one employee helping us and there were 3 or 4 of us waiting for her because their useless machines stayed broken down and she had no help. This was the Worst experience we have had in a grocery store to date. Four of us walked out totally disgusted. We will never shop this kroger again. Back to Ingles in Eatonton for us. Much better service including checking out our groceries themselves. And a much better selection also. Wake Up Kroger!!!!!!

Had four people behind the service counter all working on one customer while three other customers sat in line for over five minutes. When we finally did get our turn one of the ladies behind the counter kept interrupting and taking over the one register and was so bad the person helping us had to start over again. It seems like somebody had brought a cart of groceries back and it took four people to ring those back in so that they could be placed back on the shelves four people while people waited.

Store is very nice and spacious and selections are very good! Despite shortages from the corona it seems to be a well run store. Issue is the air machine in the fuel area. Been proven for a while. Hope this is on someone's list to get fixed.
