This place is awesome! Dr. Washington does a great job with our cat beef & our dog Archie! We come from Macon just to see her! It also doesn’t help that they spoil our babies with cheese ?

My sweet Mouse didn’t make it, but he sure gave it a try. He regained his hearing and his appetite.

I had to put my sweet ? ? Hannah down today and I was truly heartbroken. The way I was treated with such empathy and kindness will not be forgotten. They even allowed me to go get my other dog so he could say goodbye to his sister ? and allowed me all the time I needed to do so. I plan on using heart of Georgia again after this experience with my other animals. I would highly recommend!

Everyone was kind and easy to communicate with. Treatment plan was clearly reviewed. Facility was very clean. Most importantly my pet was treated very well and she was made to feel comfortable.

We are new to the area and I'm so glad we chose them. Everyone was so sweet and caring. The veterinarian was so informative and kind. Our babies were well taken care of and I didn't feel like we were being sold on unnecessary testing etc. I'm so glad we get to use then for all our furbabies in the future. Me and my husband don't have children so our animals are our children. I would refer all my local friends to them!!!

I had to take my dog to heart of ga on Saturday 07/27/2024 for her seizures..i was quoted one price and as they had already started the testing , they came in and upped the price. On top of that I informed the veterinarian (Dr.Moon). What worked before to stop the clusters she was having. Well needless to say she doesn’t listen to her patients at all , now I had to have my dog put to sleep . My heart is broken. I feel that the vet was in it for the money 459.00.worth, they did not even offer any meds to give her if unable to give by mouth . Don’t you think it would have been easier just to give her a keppra shot , prednisone shot and prednisone pills to break it up . As I informed her of that , this was done before..trust me I will never use heart of ga ever again.

My dogs are a little unruly. The staff helped me when one of my pups slipped their harness, they were swift and understanding. They are always knowledgeable and kind. Love my experience every time we visit.

I would never use this vet. My daughter was seeing about someone else dogs and was taking them regularly to this vet as they are seeing about the dog they call the police and tell them that the dog had been neglected. Really. If you help someone out in this day and time be careful because you have people out here that would rather see things in a bad position than in a positive one. They get five stars down in my eyes.
