If I could rate this as 0 I would… this is such a horrible CVS.. they are rude. You can’t get a hold of anybody on the phone and when they do answer they hang up . I’m so furious that I was giving my medicine, didn’t even give me my whole refill. I need 180 pills the only gave me 60 and now they want to argue with me and say they gave me all my medicine and this is seizure medicine that I will have to go 2 weeks without cause my insurance won’t cover another one until my next refill date. This pharmacy is awful. I will be changing pharmacies. I can’t believe I have dealt with them as long as I have. Now I’m stressed on having to figure out how I’m going to pay 1000 for 2 weeks worth of medicine that THEY LOST. I do not recommend this place. They are horrible and never gets my medication right they are always having to fix it. And now how do you lose 120 pills from fixing an order. This place has me so furious that I could write a book about this horrible place. If you want great customer service and people that actually care don’t use this pharmacy. This whole staff needs to be replaced . They’ve only had one great person and he doesn’t even work there anymore. I hope all these people get replaced one day with a better staff. And by all theses bad reviews they’ve got tells me everybody has a problem with them. DO BETTER!

Horrible place! No one will answer in Pharmacy I've been on hold for over an hour. Yet , they blow my phone up with messages that prescription are ready. I'm done with CVS Pharmacy . I will be moving all my prescriptions somewhere else. They have no idea what they're doing at this store.

Worst pharmacy ever. Won't answer phone. If do it takes 45 min min. They won't transfer scripts to other pharmacy, when Kroger calls They still can't reach them .. been a week and can't get my meds. Worst pharmacy

Received notification of new prescription will be ready after 4. Requested early fill time. Checked would be ready after 5:30. Went to store prescription not in system.

This pharmacy was HORRIBLE. The lady that started helping me left half through helping me. Didn’t tell me if my medicine was ready or not. Then guy asked “what are you here for”- very rude. Then I wanted to verify my insurance was on file and he threw my card before checking on it.
I would not recommend anyone use this pharmacy.

The Pharmacist at this store is a dangerous combination of rude, ignorant and illiterate.
This store desperately needs someone there to manage this man.
The ladies at the front desk are courteous and friendly.
Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. I don’t trust this Pharmacists education credentials.
Use another pharmacy , if you value your time and your health.

I gave the 1 star for the kind ladies who work the front desk and their courteous and kind customer service...This store seems woefully understaffed. I had a problem with a prescription recently and I tried to call the store to clarify an issue and no one picked up the phone and I was waiting on the line 45 minutes...I was forced to call the 800# and they took information and they also tried unsuccessfully get someone on the phone at the store...So, I guess they left a voice mail for the Pharmacist to call me directly and when he did, the next day, he gave me what for...He was so angry and yelling on the phone and asked me "Why were you complaining?" in a loud angry tone. I told him I wasnt complaining and that I couldn't reach them on the phone and I had no choice but to call the 800#.. maybe he is stressed out and overworked. Bless his heart...

This is a terrible CVS pharmacy location with a rude and ignorant staff and an ineffectual manager who cannot seem to inspire efficient, customer-service based work from employees. As many have said, this location features preposterous wait times, constant lack of medication availability, and consistently unpleasant pharmacy staff who seem to lack both compassion and care for customers. I moved my business from here about six years ago, but after picking medication up for my mother at this location recently, it was obvious they have only gotten worse since then.

this pharmacy is horrible all around. rudest people ever, they NEVER have meds in stock and don’t even think to inform you or your doctor about it until you go to get it. not only do they just tell u they don’t have it, they don’t even take 4 second to see if the other CVS might. laziest people ever. i came to get a refill two days ago and waited in
a line of 8 people after 15 min, there was 7 people in line. i came back the next day dropped off my refill (it’s literally just a generic box takes 2 seconds to grab off shelf) and told me to come back in an hour. came back in an hour and they DIDNT EVEN PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM. sat here and waited 30 more min to watch them grad it off the shelf.

Worst pharmacy ever. Not only are they incompetent in filling medications, the staff in the pharmacy are EXTREMELY rude! Requested refill online at 10am, went at 3pm and they said “another 2 hrs”, went back 2 days later and was told “no meds ready or anything showing on profile” Look up medication in app and it says “refilled cancelled, call if you still need it”. Will never go back here. Just transferred all scripts to Kroger!

I wish I could change pharmacys they never have medicine ready you can ask for medicine you need they will give any medication they gave ready and don't tell you what you need is not ready I have got where I check before I leave to make sure I get what I ask for they need to train there staff better

If you don’t want to wait 1 hour or more on medicine that’s already been filled, then try the other CVS or Walgreens.
