What a truly amazing used car buying experience we had at Butler Ford of Milledgeville, GA! From the first phone call inquiring about purchasing a used car to the signing and purchasing of our used vehicle today, we were treated like family! Willy, Ryan, & Ashtin were so helpful and so extremely kind! We knew we could trust them by the kind consideration they gave us and how hard they worked to find us the perfect vehicle! I spoke to Ashtin on the phone later, and he was so nice and so helpful from the beginning! I could tell he had a heart of gold from the first moment I spoke with him. He worked so hard to locate the vehicle for us and since we live in a different state, he even sent us pictures and a video with all the information we needed to make our decision! He then asked if I would like him to keep me updated on the car's availability until we could get there to buy it! So considerate! So truly kind! He even called me last night to let me know it was still available before we drove hours to test drive and possibly buy it . What a wonderful man and such a blessing to us! He wished us safe travels and we were on our way. When we arrived, Ashtin greeted us at the door with a huge smile and warm welcome. Then, he took us right to the car to look at it. The car was ready for the test drive and it was perfect! We loved it right away and he was so happy for us! We purchased it, and again, they had everything ready, just in case we bought it, and the entire process took only 90 minutes! How efficient and organized! So professional! Ashtin is truly the BEST salesman we have ever been so blessed to work with in all of our purchases! After we bought it, the staff walked by Ashtin's desk just to tell us congratulations! They were all so happy for us! We felt like we were amongst friends and treated like family with such kindness, caring, and honesty! We drove it home, and it is everything they promised it would be and is ABSOLUTELY perfect! Butler Ford staff and Ashtin, saying thank you is not enough to truly explain what wonderful people you are and how perfect you made our experience! Amazing customer service! You took such wonderful care of us! Thank you! Ashtin, you are an angel! I will recommend you to all my friends and anyone who is looking at buying a used car! You are amazing! Perfect transaction! I highly recommend that you make your life easy and buy your next vehicle from Butler Ford! You will be so happy you did and support a wonderful business filled with such kind people! A+ Transaction!

September 2023 After three online request and one message left on the phone of my last service advisor, I finally just called and asked for "service" and a wonderful lady named Melanie answered. I had an extensive list of things I wanted done, 90,000 mile maintaince, Oil change, flush radiator, transmission and brakes, change fluid I. both differentials, rotate, balance and assign tires, check brakes that added up to $1,700+ on my 2018 Lincoln navigator. Melanie had me bring the car in on Sunday evening and put the keys in the dropbox. She called me at 8:30 the next morning to tell me that she had received it and to confirm everything on my list. She kept me updated and while the car took longer than expected it was no problem. The service level was much better than the Macon Lincoln dealer who really could care less about their customers. Besides the Lincoln I have a 1998 Ford F150 that I have also brought there for service and had good responses. I I wanted to thank Melanie for her professionalism and follow up. A+++

Tell you 1 price, then change price when arrives, I had same problem and was charge higher price for what they should've done the 1st time, sorry but they are scammers...

This is not the place you want to buy your car from. On 11/29/22 I bought a Blue Advantage Certified 2021 Kia Sorento and within less than two weeks the engine stoped working. I had to get it towed to them and pay $400 out of pocket. When I called the blue advantage hotline they told me my vehicle was not enrolled in the program. My "Blue Advantage money back warranty" expires tomorrow and they have not been able to gime me diagnostic nor have they treated the situation with sense of urgency. As a side note, Management has not been helpful nor do they have showed to care about the circumstance.
