Best selection in middle GA. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Best bourbon selection anywhere around. no other store I have visited in this area of the state can compare! Good prices and good environment. they have anything you could want!

So...stopped in to purchase Le Portier Shay VSOP, after searching and selecting another spirit I headed to the check out counter. I asked the cashier about it and he said "we don't carry it". A. He knew what I was asking for so b. His store made a conscious decision to not offer it despite its popularity. So then I asked "can you order it?" He said "no, we don't carry it" Again, a conscious decision to not carry it and a decline to meet the customer's needs. Here's were it went left...he says, "you know that liquor is expensive...like $200/bottle..." I looked around and smiled, then pulled out my amex platinum after paying with my amex hilton surpass card and pulled $1100 cash out my pocket while jangling my c8 corvette keys and asked "does it look like a can't afford it..."
You can decide if that was a racist remark, you can decide if it was racial profiling, you can decide if not carrying the spirit was a business decision or a discriminatory practice...but I have decided to NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!
TO THE OWNER, if you care, ROLL BACK THE CAMERA to Friday 4/5/24 730-830pm, black guy in tan fleece with tan vest and blue c8 corvette in parking lot to observe the exchange.
I'm a realtor, investor, teacher, coach, and neighboring County commissioner with 4,000+ Facebook friends and a strong propensity to start a boycott of your store in baldwin county!

Any retail store that serves the public, should have a restroom available especially for paying customers. That is bottomline good customer service practice. Prior to making a very large purchase, the staff was extremely rude after we inquired about a bathroom claiming they can't be cleaning up after every customer that comes in. We are now 2 customers that won't be coming back in!!

I was about to spend well over 100 bucks and my wife was still shopping when I needed to use the bathroom. The staff refused to let a paying customer use the facilities. They were rude to me so I walked out never to return.

They got about anything you want. More expensive items are behind the counter. The business owner was very helpful. The prices are lower than I've seen at other stores.

They might have stuff everyone is looking for, but its price gouging. I've never seen a bottle of stagg jr for $600 ever before. This place is too much and they don't really have a great selection of all bourbon. If you are willing to pay a couple of grand for lot b, then stop by.
