Had a FL Cascadia at Baldwins from mid Nov 2022, goin in from loss of power due to a bad injector and a scored cylinder liner, until Oct 2023. During that time, they were paid $19,000 ($10,000 from Premium2000 warranty and $9,000 out of pocket) to inframe the engine. They said the truck was ready in Jan 2023, but after just 80 miles of bobtail driving from Milledgeville to Dublin and back, the engine locked up without warning - all gauges were fine, and not a single alarm, warning message, or dash light came on.
Baldwin towed the truck back to their shop and said it would be fixed, but the engine was a total loss, not even good for a core. When they couldn't get their insurance or their parts supplier to do anything and after months of stalling and never getting the owner of Baldwins to even talk to us on the phone, we had the truck towed out of there in Oct 2023. A different shop rapidly found what happened - the old oil cooler that had trash in it from the intial scored cylinder liner had not been replaced during the inframe - even though it was a covered part with Premium2000 - and all the metallic trash inside it was pumped into the oil journals of the newly inframed motor with a succession of failure one would expect front cylinder was the worst, then the second, with the last two cylinders still looking new - NOT an oil pressure issue - trash IN the oil. We found out too that while the truck sat on their yard with the blown motor, they told Premium2000 that it was fixed so they could get their $10,000. The repair invoice had $7400 in labor - and the exact inframe kit they charged $8000+ for, was all over the internet for half that amount. We asked if Baldwins could atleast help out on the tow in October.
Nope. To this day they have offered ZERO, but took $20,000. I did a little digging and found out from the owner/operator we leased the truck to that a lot of people have had simialr experiences. If you want to waste thousands of dollars, almost a year of your time, and get NOTHING but an unuseable truck back - then I highly recommend this place. Otherwise, delete them off your maps.

An absolute mess. Pay more and go elsewhere. Still don't have the missing fender well from my truck and my radio, which worked when I dropped off my truck, doesn't work anymore.
