Great experience! This Distribution Center is top notch for customer service. It is located conveniently just off I-95. Parked right at loading door and got loaded in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way!

Don’t count on their warranty or road hazard, it’s a scam, they will not replace your tire(s). I had a blow out exactly two months after installing my tires I called and submitted a claim. The person on the phone accused me of it being my fault at first but then said they would see if they could replace it for me. It’s been a year now since installation and they never did anything for me. I had to get my own new tires. My family’s been using them for years but we’ve never had to use the road hazard until now. You can bet none of us are using them ever again.

I bought 4 tires and one blew out 4 days later on the side wall after 2 hours of highway driving. Didn't hit anything so just a defective tire blew on a Sunday on the way to Orlando which is a 5 hour drive. Tire rack was closed and I didn't have a spare tire so I had to buy one in order to continue my drive to Orlando. Tire rack refuses to take back or refund me for the brand new tire that I have sitting in my garage. They said that I didn't contact them for authorization even though their recommend installer says that the tire can not be repaired and has to be replaced. They are shocked that tire rack won't exchange, refund, or take back the defective tire. I'm also surprised as I've bought from them in the past but never again. The tire doesn't even look used. Unbelievable. The tire cost $337. The supervisors and managers all say that they will not changed their mind, so here we are. Now I'm just trying to warm everyone so that they don't waste their money. Every other tire place I've dealt with is saying that they would absolutely replace a tire that blew after only 4 days
