Dude that owns the place texted me one day telling me I hadn't paid for the current month after I had already dropped off the $75 money order he wanted from me every month. I told him I did and he said he didn't have it. Didn't care about the slip I had that came with the money order to provide some small sort of proof that I did. He then went and sold all of my stuff without written notice. Super huge idiot running this place.
