“I must say I read reviews before I took the load and man I should have listen. Appt was at 6am for live unload didn’t leave until 3:45pm. The check in was smooth. You do have to drop your trailer and then the yard jockey pick up and take it to the door. Then the long wait beings. The do have bob tail parking so you don’t have to leave. Bathroom was clean and inside office people was nice and professional”
