I had a completely positive experience this morning while renewing my license. The woman at the front was so pleasant and patient with everyone. When it was my turn to get my photo taken, there was a young woman in front of me. Things weren't going her way. I was stunned at how patient the lady was that dealt with her. Firm, but very professional. Great experience!!

I dreaded having to actually go to the DMV to renew my license rather than on line, but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Every person, from reception to the renewal was pleasant and professional. The whole process took less than 15 minutes! Such a nice surprise from years past.

I’ve seen to have bad luck at DMV’s in the past whether it’s renewal a DL, Tags/Registration, what have you but so far KS and GA have been the best DMV’s.
The employees were nice and clear on what they needed. It was a super quick process for me I was in and out in like 10 mins.

They are the most ignorant group of morons I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Their website says one thing, they office says something else. Their phone message says they close at this time, the staff says they close earlier than that. There is no consistency with this place.

the worst of the worse! I came on 6/13/2024 in the afternoon and the lady at terminal number 7 treated us as if we were aliens, she was very pedantic and mocking just because she was asked a question, she answered me in a bad way, mocking and making fun of her, she is truly unhappy. ! They must have that one washing toilets instead of dealing with people.

Staff were nice. Services needed was license transfer to GA. Location hours aren't updated online for this office closes at 6pm not 5pm. Welcome!

It took me about 45 minutes to get my driver's license renewed and address changed I had to get in line to get out of line to get back in line but all in all the staff was friendly which made the whole process easy
