Our truck broke down on I-16W about 85 miles from our house while we were pulling a 5th wheel. Mike was able to come out quickly and get our truck and trailer home. We are extremely happy with the service. I hope I don't need them again, but if we ever need a tow I will definitely be calling them.

Today is 22 Feb 2023. My review is late (5/27/2016), but I would like to say the repair they did is still working and I never had a issue since!The paid receipt was faded that it was so long ago, plus that's personal :P

I am forever grateful to the helpful guys at Randy's! AAA, otherwise known as Triple A, left me stranded as their service provider cancelled on my flat tire request after a two hour wait. A local person recommended nearby Randy's Service Station. My 5:30 arrival on a flat rear tire was late in the day, but in a matter of minutes they found the tire leak, and began repairing. By 6:00 I was on my way!I am forever grateful to Blake Hendrix for his kindness, quick repair and extremely reasonable fee - free!

Our diesel motor home broke down 30 miles from his shop. He couldn’t help us tow it, but worked to get us help from the diesel shop next to him. He truly cared and even called to check on us. Good people that truly saved the day after being stranded for 12 hours on the side of the highway with 2 small kids.

They did an amazing job getting me out of a tough position. The lead driver was professional and incredibly knowledgeable and his experience was apparent from the first interaction. He and his A driver were able to maneuver in a very tight path and got me out with no damage to the truck or trailer! Though I hope to never need them again, I highly recommend!
