I contacted Kreider on short notice to ask for help with a repair our Sienna needed. We were getting ready for a road trip to Miami and back when we realized there was a wheel bearing going bad. I'm a car guy, and have managed dealership service departments in the past, but I just didn't have the time to handle it. Daniel was quick to offer his help, and he clearly understood the need for urgency in our situation. They made time for us to get the van repaired and in all honesty they far surpassed my expectations.
The price was fair (and was about 15% less than the quote), the repair was done correctly, communication was superb, the shop is modern and clean, and they delivered an exceptional (and honest) experience.
I give them a 10 out of 10, and will be using them from now on.

I want to start off by saying I am 100% satisfied with the work performed here. The shop is clean. The people are friendly and professional. My pick up truck started running bad while I was visiting from Tampa. I thought it was the transmission but that wasn’t the problem. They could have sold me a transmission, but they are honest and replace my coils. There were multiple other problems that they corrected. I did not know anybody from the area. My truck has never ran better. I’m getting two more miles a gallon to boot. They will definitely be my mechanic from now on since I am moving there. I will recommend them. They did a thorough check of my vehicle and fixed a power window that kept coming down on its own. It works fine now and I didn’t even tell them about it. They are not open on Saturday, but came out on their day off and finished my vehicle. I am thankful that I went here to do the repairs. This is the best shop that I’ve been to in years, and I’ve been to a few.

Outstanding customer service & desire to assist w my problem. Unexpected issue w transmission cable/linkage. Daniel informed me right away they were busy but gave me an estimated time line for repair, if I wanted them to service my truck. They managed to get to it within that time frame & also set me up w a new set of tires & troubleshot & replaced tail light lamp & informed me of other potential upcoming issues to be aware of.. I also spoke w Timothy. GREAT folks, GREAT service, friendly, honest, immaculate shop & in my opinion reasonable. Will definitly be back! Thank You Daniel & Kreider Repair!!!

Body control module failure. This is a problem that requires direct and accurate knowledge of modern vehicle computer systems. Krieder Repair offers no guesswork, they analyze, test, analyze some more, then offer a diagnosis and recommendations. Great communication with the customer and outstanding attention to detail. Daniel understands the people and Timothy understands the machines, a very satisfying combination for customer service.
