Idk how this place has 4 stars. Another disappointing visit. Again, I bring my girl's bracelet, my ring, And my daughter's necklace to be cleaned. When I walk in and sign in, the same older black "gentleman " that is always there never even turns around to greet nor ask if I need anything. Every time i come in, He is literally never with a customer or doing anything at the moment (when other workers are). There was a black lady and white gentleman who were both assisting someone at the time. The white gentleman did assist me and cleaned my items for me.
The one thing I am not sure of when I have my items serviced is the inspecting part. There was only one time where I actually saw a man pull out tools and special glasses and thoroughly inspect the tennis bracelet. It's clearly under warranty, and the clasp has needed repaired in the past. So I feel like they should be doing a more thorough inspection. But again, the one man really needs some customer service skills. He has never been helpful, attentive, and has been rude. He picks and chooses who he wants to help when people come in.
