They might get good reviews for work done but I will never recommend them or have Wilson’s work on my car. I took my car there to have a window fixed that would not raise. When the repair was made, they parked the car in the front parking lot. When I went to pick it up I noticed right away that there was damage to the right front fender. I knew it was damaged there because I had just washed and waxed the car two days before. I’ve had that car for 23 years and know every scratch and dent on it. Of course they denied that the damage occurred on their premises and there was no cameras to prove otherwise, just my word against theirs. According to law a garage is responsible for any damages while a car is on their property but I didn’t want to go to all the trouble of suing so I am posting this message along with others that claim damage. Wilson’s Car Care is not a good place!

My battery died. Bought new battery and had Wilson's to install (professional installation was needed). They are sooo busy you normally have to call for an apt. However, I was lucky and they were able to put in new battery quickly. The technician was so polite, personable and was appreciative of my business. I will put them on my speed dial for car service (hopefully not soon tho)!

The guy was friendly & didn't charge my daughter to replace her battery cable. We of course already had the part, but couldn't get the screw broke loose. We really appreciated his help.
