Been a customer of theirs for over 5 years . Have had issues with Diane a few times already . Last week I called the office to add insurance to another vehicle. Called two Different times and never could get nobody on the phone plus left Messages. Never got a call back. called another company and got insurance on all my Vehicles the same day plus saved a good bit of money for the same coverage. Called Wheeler‘s office again to have them cancel my policies . Nobody answer the phone again. Left them a message to call me . three days later, I finally got somebody on the phone . All diane said was sorry and that she was on vacation last week. I told her everybody else must’ve been on vacation also. Then she proceeded to tell me how other companies will lie to you to get your service.

The customer service is horrible. They will gladly take your money but will screw you at the same time. They don’t inform you on any necessary information. If you speak to someone, they will tell you that they will call you back but they will send you a text instead. Extremely unprofessional. You tell them what you want and they will do what they want instead

This is the worst State Farm office! Everytime I call them something else has been changed on my policy that I didn't authorize. Now they tell me I'm being canceled but can't tell me why. I found out my insurance was canceled 4 days after it happened only because I called to make a change to my policy. I have to give them my correct address each time I call because they have a different one everytime. They can not keep their stuff together and now I'm suffering because of it. I had no idea I didn't have insurance. I will not EVER return to state farm with Wells Wheeler. They never return calls either. Like I said this is the WORST State Farm office!

I’ve been with State Farm for over 15years in the McDonough area. And have never met such rude unprofessional women in a business setting. Disrespectful, argumentative and down right rude. When you have to contact an agent, which is not often, maybe one or twice every couple of years, if your lucky. You expect well informed courtesy people. Not over spoken unprofessional rude unhelpful Persons representing such a huge company. Shame on you State Farm for letting your customers feel unappreciated.

I probably would have given this agent a one star rating, but since I never actually met the man or talked to anyone in his office for more than 45 seconds, I feel like I might be just a little too biased. That being said, after I was blindsided and my car completely totaled, I went to my insurance agent to try and get things settled. Wells Wheeler's office did not handle a single thing for me. I was continuously transferred to national lines and had to go through the whole story four or five times with different people trying to get to the right person, just to have to go through the whole process again if I needed to talk to someone on a different day. I was given a faulty fax line, twice, to send my medical expenses to, and because of it my medical bills have yet to be paid in full. It took State Farm more than two months to send a check to the bank to cover the cost of the totaled car (which was less than a year old with 5,000 miles on it.) We had third party collectors calling us threatening to take action to recover the money. And every time I called Wells Wheeler's office I was just transferred to some national line and never received any information on my claim. We've cancelled our policy with them (although they seem to think we haven't and continue to send us junk) and we will not be back.
