This branch doesn't stick to the appointment times. They allowed me to make the appointment at 1500 on a Friday and told me someone will be with me shortly. I was there on time to the appointment and they just wouldn't hold up to their end to see me so I can open an account with them. It's disrespectful to keep someone waiting when the appointment was set in place. The appointment didn't say in or around this time. What pissed me off was, I was told I'd had to wait until they cleared all the customers out of the lobby before they would even see me. That would have taken more than 2 hours. Don't allow future customers to set an appointment for a certain time, if you're never going to get to them. This was a waste of time!

If I could leave a zero star I would!!!! THEY WERE SO RUDE and disrespectful to me! I will not be returning ever to that bank, and honestly considering changing banks.

Carla (and the tellers) were all friendly when I came today.Carla also assisted me in opening a Trust Account. She was patient, and willing to answer all of my questions.5/5 satisfied with customer service, this branch is further from my home, but well worth the drive!!!

It is increasingly difficult to find an honest business. This WF refused to honor a cashier check without the District Manager's approval and the District Manager was (surprisingly) unavailable. This was the last straw. I will be moving my personal and business accounts.
