“I can't recall if I ever left any reviews on Google, but I ordered a King size bed. They delivered a Twin size bunk bed with a slide! (Update; just spoke with a manager named Joseph, he said he would re-ship the proper item, but I would have to go print out a label they emailed to me for the twin bed to be returned. So I will get label printed & hopefully receive proper item. And I will update the results after.) NEW UPDATE: Joseph was a man of his word & my king size bed was delivered 2 days later. I am satisfied ??”

When leaving I did notice the line at the guard shack was super long and I can see why people complain about that. There’s gotta be a better way to move the check in process along quicker.”

“Very easy shipper!! Pull up move your tandems back walk inside shack they waiting on you and sign in. If you bring in a load you’ll drop it on the same side you came in on and go on the other side to pick up your empty and vise versa if you picking up drop empty on other side pickup load on side you came in on. You may or may not have to go inside building for your bills and you’ll be on your way. Super easy and staff is great”
