I have been in Walgreens on two different occasions trying to get a passport photo. The first time I went in, I was waiting for the woman at the front cash register to finish talking to the gentleman in front of me. The gentleman had already paid for his things, they were just standing there conversing. I waited a little longer and still, they were just standing there talking. So, I went to go find someone else. What do you know, as I was walking away, the woman finally asks if she could help me with something. Now, you want to ask if I need help?
The second time I went in there, the same woman said that she could help me but she had to help the other customers behind me and that she would have to go back and forth when someone was at the register. She asked a young lady if she would like to do a passport photo and she stated “No” but she came to the cash register to let the older woman know that she had to go pick up some medication.
There is no professionalism whatsoever at the front cash register, at least not this evening or the time before. They seem to be lazy and not want to do their job. I used like going to this Walgreens because I live down the street and there used to be really nice and professional individuals that worked there but they aren’t there anymore.

While traveling out of town, we tried to transfer a prescription from another Walgreens here. We spent 14+ minutes on hold with the pharmacy with no one ever answering. When I attempted to call the main store on another phone after 10 min waiting, they said the pharmacy was just busy. I asked for her to transfer me to the pharmacy hoping it might help and instead she hung up on me.

Ariella thank you so much for the amazing customer service. Should’ve came here first instead of going to CVS will never happen again. From the warm friendly hello to making sure I had everything I needed and setting me up with my Walgreens account I really appreciate you.

I've been visiting this pharmacy for over 5 yrs and no complaints at all. GOOD service, and there're some really nice people working there.

My prescription was tampered with. The seal broken. Check your prescription and do not trust them. I am being targeted by a group of organized criminals who is trying to kill me! All of these incidents are deliberately being done to me! I am sick and tired! The Employees pretended like they did not open the medication! It’s Mounjaro and they along with CVS are running scams! I’m being targeted by a crew of organized Criminals!

Sheryl at the pharmacy dept is a mean and an unprofessional lady. Beware of her. VERY Disrespectful. SHE NEEDS SOME ASSISTANCE THERE. You will see her hiding her name on the camera. Please have her go through some training that will help her a lot.

You have a very rude staff member. She is so ugly to me everytime I come in. I do most of my pick up orders here, but she is making it so unpleasant. She has a smart mouth... she's just ugly. Customer service isn't her specialty maybe she should be a trash truck driver. ?

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They are awful! The line is always long due to poor staffing. No one knows what's going on and they play the blame game when you show up. After being told my medication would be ready a WEEK LATER and it's still not. I will no longer use this pharmacy. It has been going down hill for some time. I tried to hang on, but will use Publix from here on out! There were also 2 people in line that had been given the wrong medication while in the drive thru! SAVE YOUR TIME AND PEACE OF MIND!

This location is blessed to have a staff member that far exceeds their role as an employee. I am a parent of a son that has been in search of a much needed medication for more that 4months. After calling several pharmacies on a weekly basis, I finally spoke to Aiyanna at this Walgreens. She was caring and understanding of my concerns. She worked tirelessly with my doctor's office and insurance company to ensure my son had his prescription. She was extraordinary in helping keep this mother informed and calm in a stressfully situation. Thank you Ms.Aiyanna for your exceptional customer service you were a blessing.
