Nikkia in the pharmacy was excellent. Her customer service was exceptional. She was extremely patient with my situation, I was navigating for a family member. She deserves a reward and recognition by the organization for her service.

They told me my photos would be ready on the 26th. I come back on the 26th i was told they'd be ready on the 28th. Then i come back on the 28th, & they still aren't ready. At this point if you lost the photos then just say that.

It's simple. You want to pick up a prescription that should be ready. It is not ready. You ask why and get no real answers or solutions. You give customer service a call to prevent something similar happening again. They tell you either the store manager or pharmacy manager will contact you. Nobody returns your call. Out of curiosity, you read some of the reviews and find similar experiences. You then write a review.

Now I don't really write reviews because I find it a waste of time but this is needed. This place sucks if you want to get your prescriptions from here. I was supposed to get my birth control so I can take it to the doctor for the shot but never got a notification that it was ready because....Guess what? THEY DONT SUPPORT MY INSURANCE SO THEY WERE NEVER WORKING ON IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND, THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY TO CALL AND TELL ME SO I CAN HAVE IT TRANSFERRED. So when I called, the worker was very rude and incompetent. When I told her that I was going to call my doctor to have it transferred she said "you do that" like what the hell? So instead of calling and simply saying "hello, I'm sorry, but we don't support your insurance so we can't fill your prescription", they just don't tell you till YOU call THEM, it's like all they're doing is sitting there looking crazy not doing their jobs! So, DO NOT GO HERE FOR PERCEPTIONS, messing with this place made me wanna blow my brains out, good day.
