The customer service at the pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous the people all have an attitude and you have to wait hours for a script to be filled. No one waiting and still waiting hours for the refills. Would not recommend this place for any reason.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible! I can't even list the amount of problems I have encountered here, within the last year alone. The app use to work really well for auto refills, paying in advance for prescriptions and even having my RX 2-day delivered... oh but not anymore! Don't expect ANY customer service either! Not only are they rude and unprofessional, but unethical as well! Just over the past week, I had my prescriptions paid for and selected shipping. My prescriptions never arrive, even after a week and a half. I call the pharmacy after staying on a 20 plus minute hold, to be advised that are having problems with FedEx who won't pick up or deliver to them; how, you are a FedEx delivery hub!? Then I get told they will call them immediately and see if they can't get a same day pick up and call me back. Of course, that didn't happen either. I call again the next day and I am placed on hold for over an hour and then repeatedly hung up on. I mean how is this even ethical? I have paid for prescriptions that you aren't sending me? Again, this is one incident, I have had like 20 similar incidents from this location over the last year alone. There are a few staff members that work in the pharmacy, that shouldn't be employees till they learn to be kind and have an ounce of customer service! Wow, just wow! I am usually a very tolerant person too!

I got my wisdom teeth out and my poor boyfriend is doing his best to take care of me. Two of the staff were rude to him and cut him off multiple time while he was speaking. I will be calling corporate. You work with sick people and people caring for sick people EVERY DAY. leave your bad attitude at the door or GET A NEW JOB.

The front of the store employees are great. However, there is a pharmacy tech that has a really bad attitude. I have had to call twice and spoke to her to ask questions about my medicine. Both times I got a really bad attitude. I also work in customer service and it is pretty high stress and I would never treat a customer like that. I will use another Walgreens sadly for my medication.
