I am taking this opportunity to give a great BIG shoutout to Chris Adams, an authorized retailer who assisted me at the Verizon store located on Hwy 81 in Mcdonough, GA. Mr. Adams offered the best customer service that I have seen in a very long time. From the time I entered the store he exhibited great professionalism. He listened very carefully to the issue that I had and he immediately looked into the matter. When he did not initially see a way to help me with my issue he called another level of decision makers to help with my issue. After talking with 2 others in the upper level of decision making, they quickly stated there was nothing they could do. After hearing that there was nothing they could do, I became very disappointed in the fact that no one helped me with an issue in which I was not at fault. I have to say that in my many years of having problems with a product I had never experienced a company not trying to make a situation right where "the customer" was not at fault.
I must say that Mr. Adams saw that I was sincere and he stepped up and helped me when the ones he called to help me did not try very hard to help at all. Mr. Adams took on the role of those he escalated the decision to to be made. I realized at that point when he took out more time to look at my situation, that it's people like Mr. Adams who need to be sitting at the higher level of decision making. It's because of Mr. Adams professionalism, patience and knowledge and concern for my situation that kept me from making a decision to leave Verizon. Simply because he took the time to exhibit the best Customer Service ever. Great customer service goes a very long way, it can make or break a business. And it's people like Mr. Chris Adams who makes Verizon a great business.

The lady at this store was friendly and helpful. I have been having trouble with my HUM device for weeks. I have taken it to other stores with little success. She was able to help me in a little while and it has been working since. I was grateful and returned to thank her.

I love Verizon Wireless but I have NEVER, in ANY experience with them, dealt with the incompetency I’ve dealt with at this store with its employees!!! Tried to process a return and everyone seemed clueless! Called customer service while I was there and they stated the store should be able to assist , but still nothing! Employee at the counter called his boss, his boss didn’t know. Just save the headache and drive down to the one on Jonesboro Rd. MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE!

Thank you to the employees that were so kind and helpful to my teenage son on Monday. He brought in an old watch seeking assistance with getting it updated. Thank you for not dismissing a teenager and working with him. He spoke highly of the two female employees that went over and beyond. Unfortunately, the manager only wanted to up sale him and talk about a trade. As a long time customer and a mom, I truly appreciate your work ethics.

Items were added that I didn’t ask for. He tried to sell me a charger block that I said I didn’t want. It made its way into the bag and on my receipt anyways. I was overcharged for accessories promised at a 40% discount. I was promised a promo that I did not receive full credit for. Jeff said I would get a watch completely for free but I still had to pay a portion of the cost. I didn’t even want the watch, but he insisted there was no cost involved. He also promised full trade-in credit on my old phone and I only received half. I was charged a set up fee for both the phone and watch and didn’t ask for either. Don’t go to Jeff, the manager. His sales tactics are deceiving. And so Jeff didn’t have to deal with any blowback, he left the store before the sale was completed and passed it to one of his employees to finish. When I realized I didn’t get the full trade in I went back to the store. One of the employees called Jeff and hits response was that it would only add a couple dollars to my monthly bill. I had to contact his boss Patrick to get that fixed but he became non responsive to my other issues. I then had to contact Verizon customer service to fix some of the other items. I still never got everything fixed because some things were store specific.

Only out for their commission. Felt totally scammed. Even when I went back to the store to go over bill I was given the run around. So many thing they said they couldn’t see or help with but was told the opposite when I called Verizon directly. I was lied directly to by the vectra employees. When I called Verizon they were astonished with what I was told by vectra. Long story short Verizon changed my plan and took off all the extras I was told I had to have and saved me more than $110 a month. This Vectra location is only interested in their profit

Today was my first time at this location and my experience was wonderful. Arianna was amazing she took her time with me and explained everything to my understanding and I really appreciate that.

Gone are the day when you can dial your local store down the block and someone picks up and says hello. Why do I need to go through call centers and three people to be connected to a store. Miss the good ole days.

Inefficient. Customer service on the phone wasn't even in the store. They explained to me that their number online redirects you to some call center. I asked the person who answered if this location could fulfill my needs and they assured me they could and scheduled me an appointment. I fought to get there without service after not knowing an alternate route bc of a crash and having to take unfamiliar backroads lol. Only to be told I needed to go to the larger corporate location. The whole reason I called ahead was to avoid being inconvenienced lol.
