I got my feet and nails done about two weeks ago and they did a very bad job. You can't even tell that I got my feet and nails done. The polish is coming off my feet and I still have dead skin all on my feet. Won't be going back there anytime soon. Bery bad experience and it just might be the person who did my nails the young girl doesn't know what she is doing now I have to go and get my feet done somewhere else.Service: Pedicure

I asked for dip and the lady used a different process. My finger was never dipped in any powder. Instead she dipped the brush in what looked to be acrylic then she dipped the same brush in the powder. As a result my nails look like they are on steroids because she layered it on soooo thick. Plus my nails were hurting around the edges for the first 2 days which never happens when I get dip done the traditional way. Taking these off will be more time consuming too since she used acrylic instead. The lady was also rude to me a few times.
The reason I did not give one star is because the lady who did my pedi did a great job and was super nice. The lady who did my daughter’s mani pedi was also very nice and did a good job on her nails. The prices were reasonable as well.

I have been coming to USA nails for about 10 years off and on. The service was always good. Never had any complaints. I went there on January 28th with my daughter for a full set and for her SNS nails. They were friendly as always. I never mind waiting. However, the lady who did our nails rushed through our services because she had an appt which we didn’t know until the lady showed up. She should’ve informed us that she had an appt and gave us the option to wait. She did my daughters nails in 15 min no lie. I mean sped through it. They looked great so no complaints. Now mine on the other hand a different story. I asked for almond shaped. None of my nails were shaped the same. The acrylic application was sloppy. While she was doing my nails she kept looking up like she was looking for someone, kept taking deep breaths like she was having anxiety or something. She just rushed. She didn’t properly seal my cuticle area didn’t take her time off the finish file to make sure they were good. Top coat she missed and I had to tell her then she messed it up and said I did it. Didn’t argue just said ok. When I left the bottom of my thumb nail didn’t have top coat on it. Now the price. The sign says 24.99 full set 26 up SNS my nails were 35 and my daughter 38 when I asked she said the shape of mine. Sweetie when I asked for that shape you should’ve informed me. If y’all are not gonna inform the clients while y’all doing their nails at least advertise the prices correctly. So I said ok whatever and I paid. Now I’m leaving the review late because I wanted to see how long the nails would last. If they would’ve lasted 2 weeks I wouldn’t be leaving this lengthy review. My daughters first nail fell off 3 days ago. Mine lifted 3 days after we left and I just lost my first nail. Talk about livid baby I am. 86 dollars for them to hang on for a week. No ma’am no sir. If you have an appt don’t take anybody 30 mins before your appt. I understand the pricing cause everything is expensive but come on the quality gotta match the price. I loved USA nails but I wont be back. I live 25 mins away and I’ve been living that distance for 10 years but when I need my nails or toes done it’s y’all but not anymore. And no please don’t waste your time typing come let you fix anything cause I’m not. God bless.Service: Acrylic nails

I used to go to this salon every 2 weeks. I took a year off from getting my nails done and tried to go back last week. They were doing nails on 3 older ladies when I came in and there was one woman who walked in when I did. Instead of asking me what service I would like they immediately told me they were busy and to come back later. This was an hour after they opened. I left and will never return for services at this salon. For context I was in a hoodie and sweats since it was my first day off in 2 weeks. I am African American and all of the ladies receiving services including the one that walked in were Caucasian.

Mrs.Lisa is amazing!!! She always works me in being I have such a crazy work schedule! She takes her time and always helps me pick out colors and designs! 100% recommend her! Also if Lisa is booked Mrs.Kelly is amazing too! And for pedicures you need to see Mrs.Tina!!

Went here for first time at this salon. I am a man and don't care for any froo froo stuff. Clip nails and I am happy happy. Last place I went to used men for pedicures. Call me old fashioned or sexist. i prefer a woman.Julie did a great job. The added massaging and moisturizer was cool it not needed but really felt good. Feet feeling a million dollars.

I waited almost an hour, to wait again for the customers who had appointments who came in after me. The lady took me over to the bowl, ran the water a little bit, then walked over to do the customers who came in after me, who apparently had an appointment. Why tell someone to pick a color, when it will be two hours later. Just tell them, you can't take them today before they wait! There are other nail salons around. Terrible customer service!!!!
