Here’s a first, If I would give a negative star If I could. I called and asked a simple question during business hours regarding getting a mailbox. And was advised very rudely that the store is closed and then the man on the line hung up. Now typically the business hours on google gives the right hours and even states hours differ on holiday. It’s not a holiday today. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided. Bad vibes. Not worth it, and will be taking my money else where.

Normally it's not a bad place but my dealing with whom I assume is the owner made me want to take my business elsewhere. I had a package accidentally (shipper mistake) delivered there instead of my house (1/4 mile away). He charged me a "storage" fee even though I picked it up within an hour. $10 on top of the $400 already spent. Not only that but he double charged me so I had to go back and get a refund for the 1. I paid the "storage" fee so he wouldn't hold my package hostage. I called corporate when I got home and UPS does not have a "storage" fee nor can they do anything about this situation. This UPS store is a franchise so he can do whatever he wants and take advantage of people however he wants. In this case he's found a way of almost stealing more money out of customers. Be careful of this guy's business practices. He's a thief!

The worst UPS store. I went to the store because the tracking clearly stated my package is there they say it's not. So I call the next morning to double check they say the driver hasn't arrived yet but I ask him to check the store again, we'll guess what he finds it which means it was there the prior afternoon and now I have to make another trip there to pick it up. I will never use this UPS location again.
