Awesome place to drop. Its a drop n hook for Prime. Plenty of backing room, easy in and out. And best of all, a smiling security staff! Mr. Carter Johnson at the guard shack was pleasant and efficient as well as the others at the gate for in and out processing. It means so much to have a smile after driving through miserable winter weather in ID, WY, and NE. Will definitely be back.

I had a delivery 2 Newcold on 1842 GA 42 which I called US cold storage because I was lost & no one else knew where this place was located .Ms.Meka in shipping & receiving stop what she was doing 2 help me get directions & find my customer. Just wanna say thank you for the team that's @ US cold storage.

I always feel like the little cars are testing me. The road to the entrance always has cars pulled way out and center and the entrance is a pick up and drop off spot. What was EXCELLENT this time was we had a maintenance worker on site and my trailer ran extra great. So nice to have something taken care of. 10.5 mpg on that one. Grateful to have someone helping us there.

All was good, just broker messed up things, had appointment 10am-7pm… on my RCO , bat actually it was 3pm an I was recovering driver, and then hat a… hole wasn’t brave enough to tell me, showed up 6:40 pm.. and find out that I’m “late”… anyway they check me in but I needed to wait for next shift (10:30 ) to show up to be loaded.. as soon they was start shift , I was loaded in 15 min.. nice place clean bathrooms, no overnight parking. Place is nice . Just be careful with brokers
