My true rating is a zero but one star will suffice. I have visited this McDonough location twice, once during my nursing clinical and today. Customer service sucks.....not willing to help resolve an exchange but willing to usher me out the door to another location (Decatur). The clerk was talking under her breathe in my face while holding up the pants I wanted to exchange, I assume making gestures to the other clerk confirming the way to excuse me out of the store. Now mind you I brought the pants in the store in a bag, after being dismissed and directed to the Decatur store (because the pants are in a tall size) the pants were laid on top of the bag and moved aside. No offer to fold them and place them back in the back, just nothing!. Business owner you need to send secret shoppers into your business or do a drop in to monitor the staff interactions with customers.

I love that the store was open on a Sunday because I had to drive all the way from Fayetteville, the stores around us were closed. Jasmine and Lotus were working that day, they were amazing and very helpful. Plus, I got the in store rewards card AND there was a sale...it was a win win- not forgetting my two sets of cute jogger scrubs I purchased. Will definitely drive back to this location.
