I was able to get my car back before 1:00 pm the next day. The price given didn’t change when I arrived. I also have a warranty on the service/part. “I have been going here for years to get oil changes on My wife an Myself's vehicle. Mainly because they are what they claim to be 'Pretty Dang Quick'. I've been on multiple occasions where there was 5+ cars in front of me an have never waited over an hour. If there's 3 cars or less you're almost guaranteed to be out of there in under 25 minutes. On average I spend about 15-20 minutes each pass. Service is friendly and informative every time. I don't ever feel they're trying to upscale me on something I don't need. I've also had a tire changed here once at a decent price and in under 1 -1/2 hours. Prices are pretty average around 40$ for a regular oil change. An Wednesday is woman's day 1/2 price oil changes. Would refer to anyone.”

“Came for emissions testing. I encountered 5 different staff members. They all spoke to me, and a few of them held conversations with me. I have never experienced mechanics being collectively friendly and welcoming. I was thinking to myself that PDQ must pay their employees well because everyone had a great attitude and seemed to enjoy their job. This is rare especially in these days and times. I've considered them in the past for an oil change but unfortunately they are priced out of what I care to pay for an oil change. This was my first time having them service my car at all, now I can kind of understand their higher pricing, it appears that they offer better customer service. This was definitely the most Pleasant admissions testing process I've had, simply because no one was smoking, everyone spoke to me, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Next year I will bring all four of our cars for admissions at this location. Not sure if this is their standard or if I happen to have great employees at my local PDQ.”

“Guys I keep things 100% and here is my honest review of this shop. My BMW 323i 2000 I have been driving for 21 yrs started giving me problems with all kind of Codes and I could pass my Emission test for the State of GA. I tried a few shops before finding A-1 Transmissions Automotive Repairs online. The previous shops couldn't figure out my problem and I reached a point where I wanted to sell my beloved car. After realizing my Transmission light was on, I decided to google Transmission shops in my area and here find A-1 shop. The reviews was not the best however sometimes caught my eyes about an individual called Flloyd and how awesome he is working with Transmissions.I contacted Flloyd myself and we setup a time to bring my car in. Flloyd has over 45 yrs of experience and he is a Transmission genius.I diagnosed my car on the spot and told me my Transmission Computer is mad. I was elated. BMW said the part would cost $1,250 new so I decided against it and contact my junk yard guru and he got me a use BMW part for $75 with shipping. Mr Flloyd changed the part and my car is back working like a champ. I can final go and pass my Emission test now. Hats of to Mr Flloyd.I Joseph, highly recommend Mr. Flloyd for all your Transmission need. Thank you for saving my car Mr. Flloyd.”
