I needed help with bathroom vanities and Veronda was very helpful. She was supposedly to be on break, but she took time to walk me to where I needed to go and she continued to assist me by informing me of what i needed to do purchase and have my contractor pick up the item later. Thank you for the great customer service

Extremely understaffed store. No one to help load pea pebbles (20 bags) and then 10 people in line in front of me for check out!!!! Used the bathroom when we first got there and it was disgusting!!!! Worst Home Depot I've ever been to.

I've have had nothing but ongoing problems with a privacy fence purchase I made at the McDonough location in April 2022. I've had nothing but problem with the structure. I have notified the store of the problem with installation of the fence the people they sent did not do a good job and were unprofessional . I made several complaints to Home Depot. Also sent several emails. Nothing has been completed . I've been getting the run around from the store manager (Melokule) and sales rep (Richard). They are aware of my ongoing problem and have ignored me and done nothing to see that this is completed. I have been inconvenienced for over a year now and my fence has NOT been fixed. I'm very unhappy with the service at McDonough Home Depot.

Since Home Depot closed down their repair center, I take all my repairs to Big J's small engine. He's cheaper, faster and does a better job.

Of the three locations, Elenwood, Morrow, and this one. This is by far the best. Freaking hard to get to and get out of thanks to Henry County land use plans. But it's not this locations issue. What is nice is the inventory was correct. The cashier was helpful and the in store help did this, "Sorry this is not my department, But I take care of it for you." This is the only location south of I-20 that is willing to help. That is what they should all be like.

You can do it, but they can't help. Don't waste your time at this Home Depot. The associates go out of their way to ignore you. The ones that accidentally make eye contact with you, will begin walking as if they have something to do when they clearly don't. I'm literally typing this from the lumber aisle, already waiting 20 minutes after I asked two associates to call someone to cut lumber for me. I finally called the store and connected with the lumber department and a man picked up and came to help me.This is one of many piss poor experiences I've had here and I won't return. An associate just walked past me and didn't say anything. I guess he's on his way to help an invisible customer:

The employees are absolutely wonderful. However the inventory is extremely limited. I shouldn't have to drive out of my area for items that should be available at every store.

Absolute worst Home Depot experience I have ever had. Rented a pressure washer that had a hole in the cord. The clerk refused to give a refund even though we returned the item a few hours later telling them exactly what happened. The cord has metal wrapped through and had a hole the size of a penny. The machine cold, clearly had not been run. We drove :30 minutes each way to rent this tool. Absolutely the most infuriating Home Depot experience I have ever had and could never recommend someone bring their business to this Home Depot. Go somewhere else, it's worth it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I want to alert everyone to an unethical business practice that is being conducted. I ordered online 2 aluminum angle stock on July 7, 2022, was charged for 2 - but only received 1. I was told that it is company policy NOT TO BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT CREDIT ME THE ONE NEVER SENT. I can't think of anything more unethical. I tried finding the appropriate email address to send this to CEO Edward Decker but was sufficiently buried or removed. I'll be reporting this to the BBB, anywhere I can on social media, and of the many thousands of dollars I've spent with Home Depot over the years but will assure you - they'll not get a dime from me again. My credit card company will charge this back to them ultimately - but it has been a disgusting experience with a company I once respected.

This Home Depot is your typical retail store where most of the people couldn't care less if they help you or not. They think they are entitled to a paycheck whether they work for it or not. I was asked by an associate if I wanted to leave my paperwork with her while I went to the garden center to chose another item. So glad I didn't because she wasn't at the service desk when I returned. My paperwork would have disappeared with her.

Do not buy appliances from Home Depot. They run all their deliveries through a third-party so they won't be accountable for any late or messed up deliveries.I've been waiting for over a month for my appliances for my home, like a refrigerator and dryer to have food in the house for my family and clean clothes on their back. They keep on pushing my delivery date farther and farther away. They have the items this is not a Covid shortage but for some reason they pick and choose what they feel like delivering for the day. I was supposed to be first today because they've been messing up they skipped me and now they're telling me I have to wait two more weeks . Having to buy food for breakfast lunch and dinner for your family eating out it's very unhealthy and costly not to mention the whole clothes situation. I've called and spoke to the manager he gave me a generic number that I've already called that I won't even let you talk to a real human being

This is my go-to home improvement store. I am at this Home Depot location no less than twice a week. I like the fact that you can find help most of the time, and when you do, they try to help, Regarding the check-out line.. even when the lines are long they go pretty quick.

I want to give the McDonough location 5 stars for their managers customer service, but I have to give a 4 overall due to the failed products. The managers of this store, Jason especially, went absolutely above and beyond to help me and I will never forget it! It was beyond customer service, it was pure kindness! I had ordered 3 very large industrial grade hoses for a horse farm online through Home Depot.com. Well they all arrived with broken connection pieces! Not one of them worked when I tried to connect them, the connection pieces exploded off each other, which then caused the hoses to leak even in the rubber areas. Let me just say, hoses are GARBAGE these days! I had paid $300 for these hoses and to all 3 fail out of the box was maddening. I now had no way to water my animals. I called the 1 (800) number for customer service and they were down right rude and unwilling to help me. Wouldn't even give me my money back so I could try and buy something else, nor would they let me do an exchange! The local McDonough store not only wanted to help but the manager came out himself to my farm, delivered me brand new hoses and helped me hook up all new hoses to make sure they wouldn't be a problem and reached as far as they needed to go. Now THAT is insane amazing customer service! I am so thankful for the team of people that made that happen. FYI... hoses these days suck and are all made cheaply in China. I haven't had any last me over a year, which is sadly why I had to only give 4 stars. Wish HD would find better hoses to stock. But Jason and his team are second to none! He made my week!
