They sold me 2 bad used tires and did not put them on right. I just paid to replace them when I haven't had them that long. It's on yall to waste yall money on them.

My son got a couple of used tires from here & told me he had a good experience, so I decided to give them a try for a set of new tires !?!Long story short…I didn’t get the tires we agreed upon, but got a comparable set for a cheaper price…Now…my ride is much quieter & smoother. All is well !???

We probably called 12 different places and none of them had our size tires. Some places lacked patience to even look it up. Tire depot took their time got us the tires we needed and installed so quick!! We were back on the road within 10 minutes!! I highly recommend them for your budget tire friendly needs.

This poor example of a tire shop deserves negative 5 Stars. This place will sell you a worn down tire and then attempt to gaslight you into believing you are the cause of the flawed tire in only the matter of a few days of purchasing the tire. The owner has such a nasty attitude and his lack of concern or awareness for his own customer service is Ludicrous. Save yourself the time and headache and check out the other tire shops near by

Guys, there seems friendly. I towed a vehicle in here and never had any work done there personally but I have towed a few vehicles here. Customers seem to be repeat. I would use them dripper than anyone

Listen Listen Listen. If you're in McDonough GA and you need tires put on 9" or larger wheels with 35 series and under tires Do Not go to Discount Tires. They don't have the proper machine to mount those tires and they may end up damaging your wheels. Just go to Tire Depot, Trust me he just put 255/35-20' on a set of custom 9" and 10" wheels with no problems. Don't mess around just go to Tire Depot. The one right off the Hwy 75.

I just left here and this was hands down my best experience with a tire place since moving to this area. The owner is amazing and is teaching his team to be honest service providers. I needed two new tires immediately but the other two also needed to be swapped out. He made sure the safest option was available and most of all it was cost efficient. I definitely expected to pay more then what I did. As someone who is always driving for work I get flare often. They just got a regular customer.

Bought a tire on Friday, didn't drive the car all weekend. Went to start the car on Monday and tire was flat. Took my daughter to school and went back to the tire depot, asked about warranty, was told was once you take your foot off the brake the warranty expires. Roadside service can out to change tire. There were several "old" cuts in the tire. I'm just thankful my teen was able to make it home safely on Friday without having a blowout!! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE and DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM. PERIODTTTT!!!!
