Extremely poor customer service - have been waiting almost two months for a refund from a failed overnight delivery. Store manager (Phil) can't seem to provide any credible status updates and UPS corporate customer service says that they can't communicate directly with me, that all communications have to come through the store manager. A complete run around with no resolution as of this date. They have no problem charging your credit card immediately when you purchase one of their services, but can't issue a refund directly back to your credit card, it has to be mailed in the form of a check - such a ridiculous process....

As an artist it’s a great feeling knowing your work will arrive according to the collectors standards. I received great feedback on the packaging when everything arrived safe and in tact.When I had a small issue, Philip the store manager, took care of everything swiftly and professionally. Everyone is nice at this location and you’re greeted like family when you walk in. Kudos to UPS customer service training team and the genuine kind hearted staff.I will be returning to this location. ;)

Be aware, this location charges $2.25 to print a prepaid shipping label. They say there’s no way to print it other than using their email service. Very shady and deceptive business practices.

SyNique was so nice, very helpful and attentive to servicing my needs. This store is very pleasant to visit, and always has great service and friendly atmosphere. The entire team is awesome.

The experience I had walking into this store was nothing short of amazing. The young lady Nicole was phenomenal. She took the time to answer all of my questions and very patient with me. Phillip stepped in to help me with an order I had from another store and his help saved the day. I recommend everyone on the south side of Atlanta to visit this store for amazing customer service. It’s so worth the drive. Did I mention the awesome playlist playing in the store!! I will definitely be back for all of my office needs!! Love you guys- signed Author Angela President
