October 7 2024, my wife and I entered the Take 5 car wash at the Jonesboro location. The young African American gentleman was busy texting on his cellphone instead of guiding us into the car wash.
I picked up a vacuum hose and the nozzle fail off the hose. My wife picked up another vacuum hose and the nozzle fall off that one also. There were several garage cans overflowing with trash and trash on the ground. This car wash went from being one of the best car wash in Henry County to trailer trash. You need to fixed these deficiencies or close this car wash.

I stopped today to get a wash and vacuum out my car and was shocked at the trash all over the lot with trash cans overflowing and half of the vacuums not working. Seriously thinking about canceling my membership

I love this car wash. Good service, good job keeping my car at its cleanest. If l have to go through twice because my car was so dirty, it’s no problem. Everybody who works there is very helpful. Most importantly, it’s good value for the money.
