A++ Service! Ordered some rims from them that were either a manufacture defect or damaged in shipping, I’m not quite sure but big thanks to Whitney and the summit racing team for making it a painless process to get some new ones in. Great folks!

Placed an order two hours ago. Realized the spherical bearing is for the front shock and not the rear. Asked to cancel it and received a response saying it was too late in the shipping process. Checked if a label has been created and no label has been created, therefore, it shouldn't be too late to cancel. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for delivery, and another 5-7 days for them to receive my return, just to get any money back. Highly disappointed and will not be shopping here in the future.
