Southeast Automotive was the best experience and service in all my 25 years of taking my car to other shops for maintance. Southeast Automotive was my best first time experience.
The General Manager, Josh is a Master Technician and very knowledgeable in explaining problems with my car.
Jason is intelligent with vehicles and fixing vehicles. The suspension and braking system drives like it did when I purchased my vehicle. I am very grateful for my experience.
I will be back for future services.

I really appreciate these guy for fixing my brakes. However the manager (Josh), not really a fan of him because he’s just plain out rude. I never went to this company for any repairs, so not really expecting this kind of customer service.

After breaking down on the side of the road , I called several other repair shops and they didn’t have any availability to even run a diagnostics. I called southeast , and they fit me in same morning . Within 30 minutes they had figured out the problem and had my vehicle back to me the very next afternoon. Josh was extremely helpful as well as hybrid certified . I will definitely be using them for any future repairs needed.

I came to this shop based off reviews. I was so excited that I found a good shop!!! So went in for a diagnostic about a month ago. First thing I said was, I think I need rotors and tie end rods. I also probably need to set the car on fire because it old with a lot of miles but I have never had any trouble out of it and would like you guys to check it out. So, they drove the car and said yes, that’s what you need and brakes. Ok, cool I thought he would tell me to burn it, lol. Anyway, the next day after having to return it and $1700 later, the manager tells me, the car isn’t safe to drive. I was like and you didn’t know this before charging me $1700??? He said something about a bad oil leak was causing my steering issue. Mind you I had no issues with my steering before I took it here. I was so upset I reached out to the district manager. She said they would fix what is wrong as long as I bought the parts. So being this is my only vehicle I agreed. The steering on my car was not an issue, besides the rotors this car had been cranking without hesitation and I have driven it everywhere without any issues!! I really appreciate the district manager for reaching out and trying to get them to actually fix it, but I think since they didn’t get paid for the labor, they didn’t. At first, I though I was tripping, but one thing I know is this car and my steering is like a video game steering wheel. I can just about turn this steering wheel full circle. So about $2300 later my car is definitely not safe because of something they did and or didn’t do. Just be aware when thinking of going here. I think the manger meant well, but his staff really messed my car up.

I chose Southeastern Automotive based on reviews I read, and they were spot-on. Friendly people, good work, and reasonably priced. I'll be returning when I need further service.
