I had an excellent car buying experience at Sons Kia dealership in McDonough, GA. Because of the friendly and understanding staff, I was able to reach agreement on the purchase of a 2023 Kia EV6. The process was very transparent and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Sons Kia dealership to all my friends and neighbors.

The service team was very accommodating & courteous. Tiffany handled my service & kept my updated on the progress of my engine rebuild. If I was grading my overall experience, it would be a Grade B-. My all leather white seats should've been protected in the shop & will require detailing although they were wiped down after I brought it to their attention. And the pricing model uncharge needs to be examined. Amongst a few things, replacement wiper blades were recommended during the 21pt inspection but for an $80 charge, sheesh!. Unless they remove lava in addition to rain, that was upsurd. Overall I would recommend Son's KIA.

Friendly people within every department from sales to service. No pressure when buying the new vehicle, great experience dealing with Big Country and Robert. They addressed all my questions and the follow up has been very good. Enjoyed my experience at the dealership and would buy there again.

Wonderful car buying experience with our salesman Taylor and sales manager Chris. This is not the car buying experience of old. There was zero pressure!!! Negotiations were very easy, fair and we walked out very happy with the purchase of our new Telluride. Promised add ons were installed in a timely manner and we were given a loaner while the work was being done. They have since checked in with us multiple times to ensure that we are still happy with the vehicle and that we know how all features work. We would absolutely buy a car from Taylor and Sons Kia again in the future. I will also say the service department has been fantastic so far as well, Jeremiah is exceptional!!
