Well, after the sale they aren't as accommodating once you leave the building. I called in for a missing item the salesman told me he'll handle it no problem, I'll call you back in an hour it's been 4 days haven't heard back from him. The purchase was a new Soul. Why can't people just do what they say they will do. Customer Service is definitely a dying thing.

Have to wait forever to get an appointment at their service center. They give you a number to call for updates but take forever to respond. Tell you one price then try to charge more when you arrive to pick up your vehicle. I have brought my car twice for the same issue, and now two weeks after the last "fix" it is having the same issue. Also, previously when having an oil change, the technician didn't properly place the oil filter and oil spilled out all over my garage when I got home. When you let them know you had an issue with their service department, no one contacts you to see what went wrong.

Became an owner of a 2016 Kia Sorento on 01/26/2023 with 92,214 miles. Vehicle was gifted to me by my daughter who advised me it used a lot of oil. Because of the warning about the oil use I check the oil level often, about every 3 days. I have used three5 gallon containers of oil since as of today. I Had the car serviced a few months after receiving it and mentioned the amount pf oil consumption but no oil leak. Paid over $1,100.00 for that visit. Went in for service first week of December asking for a fix for same oil consumption issue and was advised of a $700 oil consumption test that could be performed. I have it on good authority that not only is KIA is aware of a piston and ring issue with some of these vehicles but has also had a class action law suit against them for similar issues. Rather than be up front "Son's" is milking their customers dry under the guise of trying to find the problem rather than telling them what they truthfully know is the root cause. Because of their deceit I will not be using their services again and am sounding the warning to beware of this business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the worst car experience I have ever had. Antawan needs to be fired. He is nothing more than a liar. He said my car would be diagnosed first thing Friday morning if I dropped it off on Thursday. I did just that. So Friday I hear nothing. I text and he says his tech is diagnosing it. He would let me know. I hear nothing. I show up on Saturday. He says the tech is out but he will have answers on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. I text twice on Tuesday. No response. I call and get Stella the bot. I decide to call sales and get a human. They connect me with the service department but no one answers. I show up. Ricky the manager starts talking about no techs. I ask for a loaner since the delay and lies are on their part. He says they don't do loaners or rentals. Come to find out Antuwan was a liar. They never even started looking at my car. It was in a lot off to the side of the building. So even after all of this, I asked Ricky for a shuttle and he said they didn't have one. Like after all the lies and the fact I paid for a rental when no one was even fixing my car, the least he could have done was given me a ride to return to get my car. I wouldn't take a bicycle to son's kia.

I paid for a warranty from Kia Corporation that entitles me to visit any Kia Dealership for vehicle issues. Living and working in Henry county, the most convenient Kia Dealership for me is Son's Kia, located between my job and home. Despite confirming with Kia Corporation that I could go to any dealer, the service department at Son's Kia told me otherwise. A staff member, a light-skinned black woman with curly hair, insisted that my warranty is only valid at the dealership where I bought the car. I felt uncomfortable due to the strange looks she gave me before I even explained the situation. I see this company has fake reviews. Many of their good reviews are from people who don't live in GA

I brought my mom's 2012 Kia optima to the dealership because the AC was blowing warm air. They informed me that the compressor was bad and would need replacing. The parts and labor would come to $3000. Brought my mom's Kia to another shop to get a second opinion. They found a simple Freon leak and the system needing to be recharged with more Freon's. It's now blowing ice cold air and the compressor is testing perfectly in good condition. They charge me $200. Sons Kia in McDonough is a predatory shop that takes advantage of people who they think don't know better. I do not recommend this business. If you are looking for a reputable car repair, I recommend all automotive repair in McDonough.

DO NOT GO HERE. they literally sat up there and played in my face for 2-3 days straight saying they were dropping off my new car and never did. Thank god everything is situated now and I'm purchasing from a totally different dealership. They don't answer the phone either so don't even bother calling. If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. RUN FROM SONS KIA MCDONOUGH!!

Don't ever take your car here they have no idea what they're doing. I took my 2015 Kia soul here just to get the transmission serviced and they overfilled the fluid by a couple QUARTS! After paying $315 I had to clean my engine from all the fluid spraying out, and drain quarts out of the transmission for hours. Would not recommend their customer service or service at all! I called to tell them what had happened and they immediately said something must have "broken" by itself because it wasn't their fault....

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 3 hours my initial appointment only to be told the machine they needed was not working at the moment, even though I made my appointment ONLINE, so they knew what I was coming in for. Despite being aggravated, I am patient because I understand. Plus Ebony was very pleasant! To be honest she really helped me make up my mind because I was ready to go somewhere else. When I do go back to get my car fixed, I waited an additional 5-6 hours for them to fix my car. I was updated TWICE my entire wait. I had finally had enough and went to check on my car. Where they got my keys mixed up with someone else bc they tagged our keys with the same number. So I had to literally tell the associate which keys were mine. My car was just sitting there the entire time. No one had came and checked in with me or sent me a text letting me know my car was done, I had to ask them. I will never go back and I don't advise anyone else else to go see them. This was not my first visit because I bought my car from them and I'd had my oil changed there three times prior. However, it is my last. I'll drive to Union City or anywhere else before I come back to this location.

Updated review (2 months after purchase):I am very regretful doing business with Sons Kia. My sales person Curtis was amazing, however the back end of doing business has been a nightmare. The dealership failed to pay my trade in's auto loan off within 20 days. I am now stuck paying the late fees, and other charges associated with the loan due to the dealerships negligence. After trying for over a month to resolve this issue, the dealership is not interested in helping with these fees from their doings. The dealerships communication skills are below subpar, and they do not value their customers. 0/10 take your business elsewhere.Note: My mother has purchased 2 vehicles from here, and I have bought from here also. We're loyal customers, and that does not matter to this dealership.

I had the worst service in my entire life, rude people who treated me badly twice, terrible service, they do it halfway, I do not recommend it and I advise you to run from this place. And in relation to Kia, it has the worst technical assistance that exists, do not buy a Kia car because you will regret it
