I had one of my best experiences from Honda at this location. I was the last car to be serviced for the night. When I needed additional assistance after they closed, every technician available came over to help. Thank you Braden, Carlos and your crew. I appreciate you guys. Honda survey is a solid 10/10 from me.

Just wanted to give recognition to Scott Stanfield in parts for his amazing customer service.
I came in to pick up some wiper blades for my car and he let me know that if my car had the original blades that all I had to do was buy the inserts. He saved me money I did not know that you could just buy the inserts. Scott cared about making a customer for life and not a onetime sale. Scott is a one of a kind you don't find many people like him in customer service who goes above and beyond to help the customer.
I also want to thank Gerado Macias in service he was so kind to change and install my wiper blades on my vehicle.
Thank you, Scott, for making my experience a great one!
You and Thang and Gerado and Shazel have turn my negative experiences with other employees at the dealer to a wonderful experience.
I am so grateful to have met you Scott I will definitely be coming back for any parts that I need for my car.
Thank you Scott.

I had already diagnosed my issue with a local mechanic (who essentially broke my car), auto zone, and oreilys. I spoke to the service dept. and explained that I just needed a timing chain replacement. The lady on the phone assured me they'd be able to complete this service. Instead-- once my car arrived at the dealership I was told my car has no compression and they would not be able to work on the car until I bought a $6,000 new engine. If you look up "low compression" on google it tells you it is caused by a bad timing belt.... So I'm not understanding why it is that I'm unable to get my service done given this is the problem. A whole new engine is not necessary. This dealership is a scam. And on top of all this they're asking for $200 for misdiagnosing my car. $400 in total down the drain just to tow it to this dealership and tell me something I already knew. Hoping to save someone if you're looking to take your car here, DONT.

Worst. service. If I had known that oil changes take a minimum of 2 hours I would not have bought a service plan. One time my service advisor went home and no one ever told me my car was done. Ridiculous. . Once my service plan is done I will never come here again.

Hi I feel like the person Jamie was asking me to do too much on my car, all I asked for is a oil change because my light came on. There was nothing else wrong with my car. It seems like everything was about making large money for the business. I called other Honda to ask about all these things she told me I needed to get done on my car, they asked me if something was wrong with my car or was it doing anything different I said no, they even advise me if it's not broken don't fix it. Also by the way your engine light will come on to let you know when something is wrong with your car mines only indicated oil change maintenance it was at 15%. She charge me all these extra money for nothing I didn't really need I also turn down other things because I would've been paying close to $3K.I don't think I'll ever take my car back there again. She even misspelled my first name!!

To make a long story short...We bought a used vehicle and they added on more than $4k of BS extras. If you go here make SURE you look at everything you are financing for. They are very shady.

Sons Honda*Dishonest Dealership**Shady**Ungrateful for the business**Slow Service*I am retired Marine8.22.23 My wife and I went to Sons Honda dealership at 7pm after receiving an email with the quote for Honda Pilot Trail. Only positive experience was Ashlie who sent me the quote and did everything to close the deal.We wanted to get the deal done quick, we had our 1 year with us who just started to walking and it was hard to keep her entertained for 3 hours at a dealership. Also my wife is 37 weeks pregnant. I wanted to buy her a new vehicle.830pm we agreed with the sales price, discount, plus trade in deal and was waiting for the finance guy to sign the paperwork.*Dishonesty*(Warranty add on was never asked if we want it. If you are scrolling on Ipad you don't see it. E-signature is setup on first step. Every line is a click with your signature.)930pm Finance person went over the contract via tablet. He was scrolling down and esign. He went over warranties. My wife and I said out loud "wow the warranties are awesome and its included". Finance person said yes. Finance guy also talked about tire warranty that was included too. Hard copies printed and we saw the price added for the warranty of $2595 and tire warranty of $999 to the loan. I said wait, you just told me that this was included? Finance guy deflected and said this was written by the Sales Manager and apologized.8.23.23, I went in to drop off $5K down payment. I spoke to David another Finance guy. This is when I found out about the $999 add on for the tire warranty. I was fuming. This is what should have happen:* Mr and Mrs we have 2 warranties if you are interested.1st Warranty is bumper to bumper for $2595 covers for 8 years or 100,000 miles.2nd warranty is tire warranty for $999Would you like to get them?I do not want to add those to the loan.I actually wanted the warranty and got it. It's the deceit I don't like. Typical cars sales tactics.8.22.23 bought the car8.23.23 dropped off a check and get the title.*David* the finance guy was prick too, refused to give me the title.Had me waiting in the waiting area. walk right past me. The place was empty. No customer service. It should have been simple. Drop the check and pick up the title. David was arguing with me why he wasn't going to give me the title. lol...See Pic of trade in valueSuggested trade in value middle was $10300, low $9485, high $11124.Sons Honda offered me $9k for my trade in value. I was able to get them to $10k. Other dealers offer that price from the start.Terrible experience, Be honest to your customer.I would not recommend Sons Honda dealership!

The service department here is absolutely TERRIBLE!! I made an appointment for service for 7/1 at 11:30. When I got there I was told it would be at least a 4.5 hour wait. I said I could not wait that long, which is why I made an appointment in the first place. So today, I arrived at 07:35 to again attempt to get my car serviced, to find an HOURS long wait once again. What is the point of being able to make an appointment if it's not going to be honored. I did not buy my car here, but it is local to my home so much more convenient for oil changes and maintenance. However, I will be driving back to my original dealer for service from now on. They've never had a problem keeping appointments and having me out of there within an Hour for basic service!! I honestly don't know how they stay so busy with wait times like this.

I have already left one review but the situation has only festered. I really like the vehicle my husband and I purchased from this dealership. However, I really feel like we paid far too much and then things were added on to the total to finance with their partner finance company, Capital One. Their rate was higher than I had already gotten from my personal credit union. Every time the sales associate would come back to me with a number, I had to sign in "good faith" that I was willing to proceed if the numbers were good. I get to the finance department and the number I had agreed to was completely gone. Was told that wasn't their department and they were trying to make the deal irregardless of the number I signed prior to going back to finance. We waited for hours to go to finance when at the very least of doing honest and fair business, a pending purchased application should have been disclosed in order for us to take our time going over all the numbers. An extended warranty was added, GAP coverage was added, and to really make this experience wonderful, I go to take delivery of the vehicle only to find out I literally did not get a working key for remote locking and unlocking. I received 1 single laser cut key. Every time we locked the car to go out, the alarm was set off every single time by me using said key to get inside. Was told I could purchase one from "their guy" (for additional $300 added to the loan) when he was out next but still haven't heard from anyone about getting that key made. There were other issues that have come up now but I'm just disgusted with myself more than anyone, but that doesn't change the situation of how we were treated and told one thing when another person was telling us something different. My husband and I both are still getting letters from the dozen or so banks the dealership submitted our application to in order to finance with their "partners". Bottom line, read your numbers carefully. I had over $3k added to my loan when all was said and done. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. And the whole key thing would have been a deal breaker had we fully understood the issue regarding what was given to us.

Run, Run, Run and never look back!!!!!! If you still choose to do business with them, do no say you were not warned...I took my 2018 Honda Accord in for a recall of the seatbelts. I was given a shuttle ride back home. I was told that the seatbelt parts had to be ordered based on my VIN #. Seat belt parts were ordered but of course they have to hit you up with some type of work they recommend. Recommendations totaled 359.94. I asked about checking my Freon level. I was told that diagnostic test cost 389.99????? Unbelievable.... All of this communication was done with Braden via text messages and then all of a sudden the communication stopped. I called the next day and spoke to someone who advised Braden had the day off. I asked why didn't someone pick up his customer communications where he left off...This person stated he could help me. I asked about the Freon diagnostic fee....The answer I got sounded made up....very shady. I asked was my car ready for pick up and was told that they had not finished the job and that I would have to pick it up the next day, which would mean the job took 3 days to complete. I asked who the supervisor was and was told her name was Jessica. I asked to speak to her and was told she was in a meeting. I said I was on the way to speak to someone (going to borrow a friends car). I got a phone call back and was told that my car would be ready by 6pm and that someone would pick me up via their shuttle service. At 5:45pm, I became concerned that I had not heard from anyone so I called and was told that their shuttle rides stop at 4:30pm. I stated, I just do not know what to say about this experience.....I was told that I would be picked up. The person said so you really need a ride??????? You do not have a way to pick up your car???????? Ummmmmm No......I said I was told that someone would call and pick me up. I was picked up and taken to the shop. I picked up my car and as I was getting in the car I noticed some scratches on the front side of the car that were not there before. I got a strange feeling in my gut...The entire place gives you strange feelings....the staff give strange revengeful vibes....You will only know what I am talking about unless you have been victim to your share of narcissistic sociopaths. I drove off the lot but something was nagging my spirit. I pulled over at BJ's and walked around my car and noticed that someone had put several nicks and dings all around my car, like they dug into the paint down to the metal (like small pressure points) all the way around my car (here and there) and they damaged my back bumper in two places removing the paint significantly!!!!! My front bumper also has damage. I knew what my gut was telling me.... And of course they were going to deny all of it.....Noted one of the strange acting people taking pictures of my car at a far away distance but I never saw them take pictures of the back of my car. Call me so we can look at the sooooo very detailed pictures that you took of my car and you will see that this damage was not there. THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE!!!! If they can not make money off of you or you inquire as to why things are being said and why your repairs have not been done....this is what you are going to get. They do just enough damage to try and make you think you are crazy....but it was obvious and apparent what had been done. Small nicks down to the paint on my front bumper, car door hinge now with a significant chip of paint, some nicks to hood, trunk landing with chip of paint and they got my back bumper good. There is a reason why they have all these low ratings and of course a 5 star rating suspiciously pops up after 10 bad ratings to at least keep them from having to totally jump ship.Son's Honda you are running a shit show!!!!!

Wellesley was our dealer and he was great! My dad and I thought he was so patient and understanding. Definitely helpful! We definitely recommend him to others looking to buy a car.I would like to add it took over 4 hours from start to finish to get everything done... the dealership itself had us sit around and wait over 45 minutes to start the financing process. Other than at, Wellesley was amazing!

Met Rob Walker, who took very good care of my transmission, right wheel bearing and brake pads. And because this was my only way of getting around, he returned it back with speedy recovery. So I want to thank son's Honda, but personally Ron Walker he did a exceptional job. And words are not enough.
