The staff at SIA are nothing short of stellar. They are polite, pleasant, courteous, and patient. When I first setup my auto policy several years ago, I was amazed at how much time was spent ensuring I received the best policy to fit my needs no matter how many questions I asked. Great people, called them at last minute and they were able to help me get the insurance I need for my family. Called them on a referral from a friend as my last agent pretty much forgot about me. Willing to help and spend time with me to get me what I need. Krystal and Russ were the agents I dealt with and I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs!!

Home and auto coverage since 2007 and I recently acquired business insurance through SIA. They write through major carriers including Auto Owners. They are the most detailed insurance company around who telll you the good and the bad.
