I needed a paint match from a small section of wall provided to me by the homeowner. DeMarco took the time to ensure the match of the small section was to the exact color I needed. This allowed me to secure the project and maintain a great working relationship with the homeowner. It this not often customer service is exceeded but Demarco certainly reminded me of what this is like. Continue to this path.

Stopped by on a Sunday where the hours posted are 10am-4pm. Stopped by at 1:20pm without seeing anyone leaving. Sign on the door said "Be back in 20 mins" but did not have what time the employee left listed. Waited for 25 mins and still no sign of any employees. If you *have* to leave during a 6-hour shift at least have better signage letting potential customers know what to expect. Waste of time. Will not be back.

I have given this store a few tries. It’s always a long wait even to be assisted. And when you are helped, I feel like some of the employees are incompetent and clueless. And why don’t all the Sherwin Williams computer systems link up so that they know what my purchase history is from store to store. I will not visit this store again. I am going back to the other McDonough store on Industrial blvd. The customer service is excellent and no long wait times.

This is the worst sherwin Williams I’ve ever been to. they are under staffed the employees are slow and if u call and make a phone order it won’t be ready when U arrive. They need some serious help here if u can make ur way to the store off industrial boulevard
