Owners are pulling a scam. Employees next door said that they claim people's cards are declined and they received the funds. Tried to show proof, owners stared yelling and using profanity. Next door it was said that they know it happens, they can't do anything about it. Watch yourself in this place. Even asked others in the store (showing the charge was completed on my side, funds taken from bank) other patrons stated my side was charged. Owner started yelling louder sad told us to get out.

They seem really friendly there and smile a lot. Especially the nice young couple I see from time to time. My husband and I enjoy the variety of drinks and snacks that they provide here, so we like coming back here every now and then. The slushies are a little too sweet for us though.

Don’t let the owner of this shell ruin your day. Faulty machine and I came in to ask if it’s something they can handle or if I should call a customer service number and before I can ask the question he said “ your the one touching the machine not me, not my problem” I asked him if that meant that I should just call a customer service number. He repeated himself. I then told him he should be nicer to customers.I come here 2-3 times a week as it’s on my way to work and will NEVER come back. Buyers beware.

the old lady you guys have working during the breakfast hours is very unprofessional and has absolutely no tact. she has no business working in a customer service. her unwillingness to wait until I decide what I wanted was rude as well as her response to me asking a question about the menu. mam everything will not just pop out for customers especially the ones who have never been to bojangles before. rude immature unprofessional and too old to be working in a customer service position. She will undoubtedly cost this company money... or the police will have to be called because her mouth is definitely unruly

I got very sick. Stay away or you will get sick. The chicken is very nasty and I had to drink prune juice to get the food out. After drinking the juice my body was clear of that food. I felt much better. Please don't eat there cause I prayed to God for help. Thank you Jesus for sparing my life. It was that bad I thought I was h go ping to die. Please stay away

All my years of going in restaurants, the manager lady (name started with CAR...) was the absolute rudest, non caring, just plain out j*** that we ever encountered. Everyone ordering were in unbelief and several turned around and left. We would have, but we had paid and receipt said No Refunds. Hate to disqualify all BoJangles, but we won't buy from any again.

Their service is always with a smile and breakfast is amazing I love the egg n cheese biscuits with grape jelly and the Bo rounds are my absolute favorite and my babies which is my little fur babies love the classic chicken biscuits and the staff is always friendly to my fur babies we go through the drive thru all the time

They had a sign on the drive through speaker that said they don't open until 7 due to short staffing. I arrived at 6:45- 6:50 and sat at the speaker until 7 just for a guy to walk out and say "Ayee we don't open until 7:30 now" as he walked out to put a new "updated" hours sign. I understand the staff shortage but communication is key. You could have just spoke to me over the speaker and said hey sorry we're running behind today due to staffing. I would understand but instead you make me wait around 10-15 minutes to tell me you won't open up for another 30 minutes. Some people need to respect the jobs they do have and obviously management needs to step up based off all these other sorry reviews for this place. Good luck guys :)

Don't leave the drive through without checking your order. This is the third time and we trusted it would be right because of the conversation at the window. Ordered a 2 piece meal and specified 2 thighs. Even said the last two times we ordered this they gave us a thigh and a leg so please be sure we get 2 thighs. No, we got 2 legs. Also ordered the chicken strips with honey mustard sauce. We got the strips no sauce and no biscuit. Also no receipt. This was about 11:10 on 4/17/21. We like the food but IF there is a next time we'll hold up the line and check EVERYTHING.

Closes way earlier than the website states. But yet the employees stay inside with the door locked and yell “closed” so they can ride the clock out in peace without serving customers. Lazy and unprofessional. Worst shell I’ve ever been too.
