Wish I could give negative 5 stars!!! I hate coming here! They never greet you. When you ask a question they don’t attempt to help at all or they seem annoyed that you need help. They never have anything in stock that I’m looking for. I try to give them multiple opportunities as I occasionally visit the store but I only piss myself off each time I go. I just go to Ulta. Don’t waste your time here. If you need anything just order online. This place is a complete joke.

I think I am completely done coming here to shop. Every time I come here none of the associates greet me nor ask if I need assistance with anything. I am very big on customer service especially when I am spending my hard earned money. Today I walked in with the hopes of purchasing an item and receiving my birthday reward gift . A heavy set lady with a head wrap on her head , unsure what her name was , behind the counter was very rude , first thing she said was put your number in , no hello , how are you . Then she proceeds to tell me that they are out of birthday gifts. This isn’t the first time this has happened. No point in coming here , they never have birthday gifts here and stay out of stock items . Also had a man dressed up with black shades on as if he was at a fashion show and not at work also didn’t greet me. All they do is stare at you like you an inconvenience , I won’t be back .

I do not understand the point of this kind of place. You can’t make any Sephora returns here and they don’t have what you need most of the time. You still end up having to go to a stand alone store.

the customer service sucks here, idk the heavier set lady that always has her head wrapped but i visit this location 2-3x out the month and her attitude is ALWAYS nasty like she's inconvenienced. Take the drive into the city or even peachtree city or even online or ULTA.. just NOT here

I was kind of shocked when I saw that Sephora I had left JCPenney's and move in to Kohl's the space for the store is a lot bigger. They didn't have what I was looking for but the customer service was great

Everything was nice, clean, and well stocked. The staff was polite. I would have appreciated it if someone had asked me for assistance while selecting makeup options.

I am clueless when it comes to makeup and Raina was amazing with helping find what I wanted. She took her time and was very patient with me. She help me match my color for different products and she recommended a lot of useful products. You don’t find service like this in this day and age.
