This Sam's Club has rapidly been getting worse and worse. Often the shelves are empty or left a complete mess. The management clearly does not care about the quality of the store and would prefer to cut costs than appease the customers. Requiring assistance of any kind is a lost cause due to a lack of any communication or even basic proper training among the employees. There is no need to shop here anymore when you can go to the newly built costco for a better experience in every way.

Great prices. Meat and produce is always fresh. Store is clean and organized. Love the app. It's so quick and easy to scan and go!

Unfortunately this Sam's club is located on the less desired side of Henry County and with that comes lower tier lower intellectual people.

I will be canceling my subscription due to my experience with the manager Jenie yesterday. Horrible customer service from her. Rude and arrogant.

Love love love this Sam's Club. Update: Still awesome and has gotten better with getting to know the store. Whether it be shopping in store, pick-up or shipping. This store has made my life so much easier

Didn’t go into the store due to over 50 shopping carts spread throughout the parking lot. Don’t need a door ding today. Who manages this place?

My wholesale go to the spot, but their inventory is always questionable... especially because they frequently have issues with their freezers. Call or check app before you go...or just go to Morrow location

This location has had issues on and off with their freezers and coolers for the last 5 weeks! Not worth having a membership right now. Corporate needs to fix the issue and make this right with the members.

We used to love Sam's club but this location has continuously decreased in customer service. I can’t speak for other locations but I would not recommend this one.

Unfortunately, we will cancel our Plus membership after yesterday's visit to Sam’s. First and foremost, the store is hot (which I believe affects produce), but I will get to that below). It is uncomfortable for members to shop, making them want to rush and get out. Second, there are no refrigerated bakery items, frozen items or meat. And there are no signs to inform members of the issue. Third, I believe the hot temperature of the store is affecting the quality of produce. I recently purchased yellow onions and lemons, which were spoiled within a few days. I returned to Sam’s to buy another bag of yellow onions. I witnessed all of the bags had rotten onions in them. Fourth, countless times, no buggies are inside and again no one tells you that. You have to then turn around and find one in the parking lot. Fifth, there are never any sanitizing wipes for the buggies. Sixth, delivery takes too long and will have you waiting all day for your items. Or not available for delivery until the next day.

The last 2 times I went to Sam's club the freezers were broken in a span of 4 weeks apart. What is going on? I went in for meats. I left both times and went elsewhere. I am not sure if I will try a 3rd time anytime soon.

Had no meats, all freezers were down. No A/c hot as hell and just over all very disappointed in a multi-billion dollar company that's unable to be prepared for situations like this..

Still prefer Sam's to BJs but the not as good selection of products as some other Sam's locations.

I'm highly disappointed with this store. For months now the meat and frozen sections are shut down. I am disabled and they got me walking all the way to the meat counter for no reason. They have a door greeter. Tell people at the door!!!! Put up signs!!! I only shop meat and frozen. Freakin waste of my time and energy. I have no spoons left!! Tell somebody!!!!!!
