I came to visit from Florida and caught a flat , she worked with me to find the best tire for mileage but also best for my pocket ! So thankful for her

Beware... I took my daughter's car in 2 days ago to get a slow leak repaired while I shopped. While I was shopping I was called back to the tire center and they told me they couldn't patch the nail hole because "the damage was too close to the sidewall". They then offered to sell me a $180 Pirelli tire instead of doing the free tire repair... I declined and told them I would shop around for a cheaper tire elsewhere. Today, I took the wheel off the car and was going to take it to a different tire shop to buy a more affordable tire, trusting them about the tire being irreparable . What did I find???? Take a look at the picture and see what they consider "too close to the sidewall".... The nail is almost in the CENTER of the tire. They were obviously trying to sell a new, expensive tire to a customer that clearly didn't need one. I patched the hole myself..... To make things better, when I was done shopping I stood around for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come out of the shop and give me my keys. They weren't even that busy....had ONE other car in the bay and 3 guys working. Ridiculous...

Decided to become a member of Sam's club two weeks ago, because I have heard such great things. My experience however has not been a pleasant one. The first time I went shopping I decided to go in-store and it was very chaotic, the store has a lot of stuff and not laid out in a way that's easy to shop. Today was my second time shopping and I decided to do curb-side pick up, the app was glitching so I was having a hard time notifying that I had arrived. When the employee came out with someone else's order I informed her I was having trouble with the app, she asked for my order number and after giving it to her she stated that my grocery order was already picked up. I informed her that was impossible because I was the only one authorized to pick up. She then had an attitude and stated the order was picked up and that her manager would have to view the cameras. She proceeded to load the guest parked next to me and afterwards returned to the store. Five minutes later she appeared outside with my order, still with a nasty attitude. She loaded my car and when I got home I realized I was missing two items. I called the store five times and had no luck with speaking with a manager. I decided to go on the Sam's Club chat and talk to someone and they were able to help me! Long story short I will not be returning or referring anyone to Sam's Club McDonough!

Always a good experience. The Scan N Go is the best feature shopping at Sam's Club both for gas and merchandise. The club was well stocked and clean. The aisles were spacious for passing other shoppers. The fresh meat section was fantastic. Although this location is outside y county, the visit was wonderful.

Hi, I just got to work and I am absolutely furious. For the past year or so, a small black honda fit with a handicap license plate drives down Jonesboro Rd in Mcdonough, Ga at a high rate of speed. He has cut me off several times before but today he cut me off and brake checked me for no reason. I had to slam on my brakes and go into the right lane to avoid hitting him. The car that I went behind was scared also as they were half way into the ditch by the time I got behind them. When we came to a red light he had stopped with no car in front of him at a red light and started cursing at me. When he did that a motorcycle went around him and stopped in front of him.When the light turned green he passed the motorcycle so close I thought he was trying to hit him. While he was cursing at me, that's when I recognized who it was. He works in the Auto department at Sams in Mcdonough. He's a short latino guy with a salt and pepper beard. He drives a black honda fit with a handicap license plate. He has issues. This happened around 7:30 am today. I thought Sams opens at 8am, this all happened less than 5 minutes from Sams on Jonesboro rd there is no reason for this other than he's a maniac. I certainly won't get my tires there any more.

Every single time I come to the McDonogh Sam's club the Cafe is closed or out of food, so fraustrating and today it was 530pm and it's supposed to close at 7pm

Worst customer service anywhere around. Rude and under staffed and act like they are doing you a favor helping you. I will not renew my membership. Waiting in BJ's and Costco to open and will take my nosiness elsewhere. I doubt that these bad reviews (and there are many) will doany good as it hasn't changed in years. I would suggest you find another place to spend your hard earned dollars.

Sara Fina with customer service was very rude to me for asking a simple question. Can I go shop and use the app then come back to the line. She refused to answer only to find out there wasn't anymore.

I just had the worse experience. I went to customer service to get my membership card. The line was long so I decided to go to the front to ask the lady of I could go shop and use the app and come back to get the card. The women name (Sara Fina). Looked at me then completely ignored me. I assumed at that point that I may have been mistakened so I decided to wait until she got a little closer so that I wouldn't have to yell. I politely asked her again and she dismissed me very rudely as if I was a child and ordered me to go to the back of the line. So I went to the line and waited. Once I got to Sara Fina I said (let's start over but I wanted you to know how little you made me feel by speaking to me very rude and nasty). She laughed at me and stated(ha I've never heard that in my life and no one has ever told me that I am a rude person). At that point I felt like the conversation was going no where and we were going back and forth and she refused to see my side being the customer. DeVaughn-the other customer service agent stepped in and tried to defuse the situation. After speaking to her she then stated that they didn't even have membership cards to give out. Which then frustrated me even more bc this could have been resolved had Sara Fina just been kind and answered the question. I then requested a manager. Which Belisha got involved. I told them that being a customer service agent the job responsibilities are to be kind and multitask. I provide Sara kindness and I expected that in return and Sara Fina did not provide me with this. There was time wasted and Sara Fina was not a very kind person.
